It had a slim feel, and beautiful silver color. I loved the photo side of it as I take a great deal of pictures. It was wonderful, until plugging it into the USB charger in the car blew it up.

I read some info that I didn't quite understand as I was walking through the process. So I called the customer service number to inquire. The BB agent didn't understand how to explain it either, so she put me on hold, called Verizon to get clarity, then came back and explained it to me. Popped in after work, went to Online Purchase, got my new phone and the activation instructions and BOOM, done. Loved it all.
