Great--But not, Great

The phone itself has had problems and in talking with fellow Samsung addicts, this is becoming the new normal. My phone got very hot and actually burned the case that it was in. I had to send it back to get it looked at. My replacement phone had the touch screen become unresponsive. Maybe it's my bad luck, but the phone is great if you can avoid the issues that are becoming common.
