I am very impressed with this Galaxy version especially with the plus size. I like that it communicates with my Samsung TVs and it can also project onto any TV with a simple HDMI-type C connection now better than S7E. I'm overly excited because I'm paying $9.83/mo after Best Buy $100 off pre-order coupon and Verizon's $480 credit over 24 months! The battery life is much better. I'm glad they kept the audio jack (unlike iPhone) and SD slot (unlike Note 5). I was skeptical in purchasing the S8+ but am pleased. I look forward to the Note 8 since I can upgrade annually with Verizon's Samsung upgrade plan.

Better than the iPhone. Films in 4k, excellent camera. Touch screen responsiveness is terrific. Screen with infinity edges is subperb. Impressive battery life.

this is the best phone by far that I have ever owned. It has so many things it can do, I'm learning day to day on how to get the full usage out of this phone

I'll keep it short and sweet.. battery is long lasting, the phone does literally everything fast, it's waterproof sorta and the infinity screen is just amazing

Samsung does it again! If you are a galaxy fan this phone will not disappoint. its all the features of the S7 with even more ....there are too many new features to discuss here so the best thing to do is Google tips and tricks. The S8 is basically the same size as the S7 Edge and the S8 PLUS is a good size bigger, but Samsung was able to make the phone taller, but thinner at the same time so the phone still fits in a normal size hand nicely. Both the S8 and S8 PLUS have the Edge type screen. the only thing you have to get used to is the dedicated home button is no longer there and is a virtual one on the screen...takes a little getting used to but no issue after a few days. The best feature of the phone is the "infinity screen" which is basicallly 90% of the screen of the phone is actual usable screen, so your pictures, videos and wall papers fill the screen beautifully (pending you have the camera and video settings set correctly). If you love the Galaxy line of phones and want the latest and greatest technology the S8 and S8 PLUS fit the bill!

Upgraded from a 6 edge plus and very happy. It's both familiar and new. Great screen, speed and smooth operation. Apps load quickly with no hesitation.

I've only had my phone for 2 weeks, but I am already impressed with battery life. A larger screen with great quality to watch movies and looking at photos.

You can't go wrong with the s8+. Yes it's expensive, but you get want you pay for. All day battery life, beautiful screen, and the design are just gorgeous.

Phone has a bigger screen and the battery lasts a long time, the curved edges aren't really that great.

I upgraded from my Samsung Galaxy S7 to the S8+ and I wasn't disappointed. Not that there was anything wrong with the S7 but I wanted the newer technology. The incentives that Samsung and Best Buy were offering were definitely a bonus! The picture/video clarity are fantastic. It charges incredibly fast and the battery life is the best of any phone that I have owned. That plus the continued ability to add a micro sd and its water resistance keep me as a Samsung customer. I have had the S5, S7 and now the S8+. Still the only non iPhone member of my family and proud of it.

I really like the new screen. It's a lot easier on the eyes for reading. The camera takes awesome pictures! Long-lasting battery. Overall a great product!

Samsung definitely outshines the competition. The photos on this phone are absolute perfection. I love the larger screen size which is perfect for shopping, viewing videos and even watching movies. Love, love, love this phone. Highly recommend!

I've owned many different cell phones (iPhone, LG, HTC, NOKIA) & Samsung won me over from the first Galaxy to my most recent the S7 Edge. I recently upgraded to the 8+ just to have the newest Samsung Galaxy, it wasn't because there was anything lacking on my S7 that's for sure. But I must say, I do love the new camera features, extra storage, & the overall speed of my new 8+! I like the way it's set up & I must admit I like the addition of Bixby. Overall, the 8+ is the best phone I've owned to date. I highly recommend it, especially if you like to take pictures!

After having this phone for over a year now, I would still recommend getting this phone. The phone is still as fast as the day I bought it and I have had zero issues (aside from shattering my front glass, which was on me). The battery has diminished very little and is almost as good as when I first bought it, especially compared to other phones that I have had for over a year. The finger print sensor, iris scanner, fast wireless charging, and water resistance are fantastic and I could never have another phone without these features.

I was happy with my old S6 and this one perfoms better and faster. Very happy so far. Camera works great, and I love the longer battery life.
