Purchased phone on 7/17/2018. Decided to get this one over a new Galaxy S9 plus due to reviews I read that said battery life and water-proofing was better. Once I got past the initial setup issues (not able to activate via 4GLTE, had to activate via my Wi-Fi) phone has been very fast and on average, I have only used about 30% battery during an entire 8 am - 10 pm day! Impressive! I tried the finger print security and the scanner placement makes it very difficult to use. Use face recognition instead and that works great!

I actually got the S8 at first, then switched to the S8+. I liked the bigger screen. Has everything you are used to in a Galaxy, and then some. The camera and it's features are really nice. The one con I can think of is the Bixby button on the left side is too close to the volume, and easy to hit by accident. I disabled the Bixby button, and problem solved!

I had a Samsung cell phone before this one. Samsung hit it right with this phone (the Samsung 8+) It was so easy to use this phone right from the first day. It was different but yet so the same. I recommend this cell phone to everyone.

I have been a fan of Samsung Galaxy phones for years, the S8+ has continued to secure my loyalty! It's packed with useful features, like the edge display and Bixby. The camera takes crystal clear pictures and the display is crisp and brilliantly colorful! I am most impressed with the battery life! I placed the phone on medium power saving when I went camping and it lasted all weekend with moderate use and no charge. When I went to go home, I still had 42% left! I liked it so much, I convinced my husband and 2 other friends to get it as well!

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge to the Galaxy 8+ and wow! The first thing that will blow you away is the gorgeous large screen. Simply stunning. Next up, the battery life, courtesy of the 3500 MaH battery, but also Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. I've always been envious of the way iOS devices sip battery all day, but the Android users finally have a contender here. It charges quickly, and discharges slowly. It doesn't get better than that. It's fast, it's beautiful and it's smart. Samsung has redeemed itself with this hand candy.

This phone has surpassed my expectations after one month of use. The performance is snappy and the screen resolution is gorgeous. I am a little concerned about breaking the glass exterior, so a drop case is very important to me.

I'm loving my Galaxy S8+! It's super fast, takes some of the best pictures and videos I've ever seen and has a lot of cool built in features.

Much better battery life than my galaxy s6 is so much faster love the improvements the camera is awesome and the screen quality is unmatched

I have been using the phone for the past week and it works great. I had an iphone the past few years, so it took a little bit to get used to the Android system again. I love the response of the phone and the screen looks great.

It's fast and sleek, however it's hard to use with one hand... Maybe the 8 would of been better? I'll get used to it.. Just get it already!

Everything works as expected. It's fast and easy to use. Pictures are so clear without making adjustments. You can't go wrong buying this.

This is my second S8+, so like most Samsung phones (Except the Note 7) the S8+ is great. I'm still no so sure about Bixby as a required screen but the rest of the features are good as is the ability to uninstall the bloatware.

Upgraded from a Note 5 and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The display on this phone is amazing! Battery life is on par or slightly better than the Note I replaced. To me it does everything my Note did and more. I don't miss the stylus from the Note at all. The Bixby feature is starting to get better. I dig the Edge features and the always on screen. I've read some folks complain about the fingerprint scanner, but I've had no issues. It just takes a few days to get used to it is all. Overall great phone in my opinion.

Very good phone. Very fast. The display is awesome even in bright light. Battery life is pretty good for such a large display but fast charging makes up for it. Full charge in 2 hours or less. Bixby is less than stellar without voice support but it supposed to be update soon

I looked at many options and chose the S8+. The Note 8 was probably a little better, but seemed too big, and was more $$. I hate the new payment plan or paying full price. Bring back contracts with a reduced phone price.

As usual, Samsung makes major steps forward again putting more distance between the Galaxy line and the IPhone. This phone is incredible and everyone should have one!!

I've always been an Galaxy fan but they hit it out of this park with their new S8 design. Lightweight, great camera and fast processor

Phone has a great screen and it is fast. The finger print senor is in a bad location.

I like tech, I just don't purchase it often. My old Samsung was 4 years old. Battery now lasts 2 days. Great camera. Easy setup.

This is my first Samsung phone.I have had Motorola phones since I first had a cell phone.Still learning all the tricks and tips with this phone.Am very happy with this purchase.Incredible speed and the best screen I've ever seen.Seems like a tough phone which is why I always had Motorola's.I did buy a case for it but don't think it was necessary.Only did that since I work construction and wanted some extra safety.An amazing phone and if they keep making them as togh as this one I may not ever go back to Motorola.
