Had this phone 2 days... screen cracked even with the recommended OuterBox installed. Not happy - $400.00 to repair ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE

One fall from sofa on second day ... phone backside got shattered... too fragile to be handled with out a case

Worst phone I ever had... cheep glass ,, already cracked,, 14 warranty on a expensive product ,,, lesson learned..

I love the phone a little expensive but the best buy incentives where to good to pass up i did the port over old phone number option and as of this review my phone still does not have service and the customer service has been absolutely horrible with sprint to the poi t where they will not even listen to the issue at hand no as for the device it runs fast and smooth great camera as well takes some amazing pictures still getting used to some of the features so far havnt really seen anything that stands out yet except for Bixby the personal assistant which really is no different then the also included Google assistant over all if your a splurge type or need to have the most expensive things out then this is a great buy

The phone is perfect for taking pictures and watching videos.

When first got the phone I loved it, great look, great colors, excellent camera and everything else you can dream about a phone. Then in a week my screen got scratched inside my pocket, with no keys in it. Put a case and the ink is scratching too on the sides. I had the S7 for 14 months, used it in all kinds of conditions and didn't have a single problem. Thought they were going to do something even better, not this cheap thing.

The best mobile phone of 2017. a unbelievable phone

Not as good as the S7. Looks great. Features are great, but does not perform great when it comes to antenna and software speed. Sending text and making calls are very difficult in my area. The email program is ridiculously slow. There seems to be a lot of lagging that the S7 didn't have. The battery does not seem quiet as good compared to the S7 also. Was hoping the software would be better for that since the battery is a tad smaller. I might have to return the phone since the reception is not as good. In my area all the IPhones did poor also. It's just the S7 and Note7 did so much better. Like to know what they did to the antenna in the S8+.

The camera is great but the phone itself....negative. The glass on this phone is very fragile. Even in a case this phone is fragile. Most cases cannot protect the infinity screen. Visit Samungs website and go to the community forum and look for broken screens. I wish I had before my purchase. I shattered the back and it is costing me $70 to repair. And of course if there is physical damage it voids the warranty. So use super thin glass and then sit back and collect the repair money. I guess they had to make up for the Note 7 somehow.

No reviews I read mentioned a problem with this phone dropping audio. It doesn't matter if I'm riding, walking, or sitting still, the phone likes to drop audio streaming on iHeartRadio and other streaming services at strange, odd times. This is very dangerous if driving or impossible to fix if riding a motorcycle. Dan, a Samsung representative at a Best Buy store in West Des Moines tried to fix this issue. He couldn't. He said the next step to resolving the issue is to do a factory reset. Factory reset? Isn't that going back to the same software configuration that caused the problem? Okay. I'll try it, but if this doesn't work I'm going back to my Note 3 and Best Buy can have my phone back. I've wasted too much time on this issue and Yousef at Best Buy Chat Line was no help either. I'm frustrated with this phone. Setting up a new, expensive phone to work right should NOT be this much trouble.

This is my first time using Samsung galaxy. I do not like it so far. I switch from the HTC ONE Line. I download my my music. I begin to look for the music player. The only music player is Google play. HTC ONE had its own music player on its phone which i like better. I begin looking for another music player app unable to find a good app without ads. Im also unable to find the music player app on HTC ONE in the app store. suck. I thought that's where my problem would end. Then i begin listening to music on my headphones. Sound quality for music coming out of the headphone jack is horrible. I guess the sound coming out of the HTC headphone jack spoiled me. Im using the same pair of apple headphones. I love my music and love great sound. I will switch to the next Iphone when its available. I have not had a iphone yet either. Hopefully the quality of sound is great.
