Poor quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the phone has everything that you could want but there are several technical issues. 1st the battery dies very fast when you use any of the features on the phone. 2nd the keyboards make the phone very annoying to use. Trying to type and then close the screen and the keyboard keeps popping up. 3rd and probably my biggest issue is the built in sim card that cant be accessed. I get a message saying sim card not installed at least 10 times every day. Meaning I lose connectivity and have to constantly restart the phone. Sprints so called experts couldn't fix this either. Major disappointment.
