Good smart phone

Too many needless, intricate steps to perform simple tasks--and too many worthless pop-ups (programs?) that gum up the works and waste my time. My previous Samsung Galaxy smartphone was much simpler, much more straightforward to operate. Too bad the battery died--had it not, I wouldn't have had to invest in a VERY COSTLY new phone. Plus the ever-changing size of each new Galaxy phone requires investing in a new case and other accessories every time. Expensive peripherals = easy money for Samsung.

It did freeze a couple times a day after getting it but tech support said that was normal for its first couple software updates.
