Awesome phone. Very clear picture. Large display makes watching videos easier. The sound and speakers are fantastic. Bixby is alright... takes getting used to. love the finger print scanner. Haven't had any issues yet.

I went from a HTC 10 to this S8+ and all I can say is WOW! All of the new features are great and helpful, the screen is great, tons of cases and options available, sound is still crisp. My only complaint is that there is only 1 speaker and the quality isn't the best. Dual speakers or a tweeter would be nice. Battery lasts a full 2 days if turned off at night, battery savings are helpful, and you can choose what to turn down or keep up. Great phone, smooth, definitely recommended

The phone is fast and does what I need it to do. The battery is excellent for almost 24hr usage. I can watch videos for hrs and stool have plenty of battery life to finish the day. And charging is taking a short time

Bigger is better , faster than any phone or laptop I have seen . Also love the camera ! The size of the usable screen is amazing !

I love my new phone, upgraded from Galaxy S7. I miss some functionality such as Facebook syncing with contacts, Favorites contacts tab is missing and voice recognition doesn't work on Bixby yet. Those aren't deal breakers or enough of an annoyance to downgrade from 5 stars. I love my new phone, screen size and it still fits in my pocket! The phone is wicked fast! I'm extremely happy with the S8plus! Received an email today that my VR Gear is on its way via FedEx! I can't wait until I receive my VR Gear!

First and foremost is the screen. When watching videos you can expand to take up the entire screen much like the previews reveal. (Which is awesome) The camera surprised me as well. After taking a few pics I realized it was Samsung's best camera yet. We recently went on vacation to Mexico and I didn't bother to take the DSLR with us. I figured I would regret it and was wrong. Took some amazing sunrise pics and I love that I can slip the camera back into my pocket instead of lugging around a camera bag.

I use my phone primarily for business purposes and for family. The camera and screen are exquisite. I didn't notice much difference between the new S9 to justify the increase in price. This phone no longer as the physical touch bar for back, home, and tab and it has become a virtual tab that emerges, similar to the edge tab, from the bottom. That takes some getting used to depending on the last time you upgraded your phone but it discourages hands on use while driving and such.

Am loving this new phone it's not too bulky and it's faster than my old note 5. The GS8plus is cool only draw back is the charger connection changed but I have two wireless chargers so am not worried about that.

I've been a Samsung user for many years. I like the features it has. I still find new features. My only con is it's very sensitive upon dropping. The entire phone front and back is glass. But a heavy duty case

So smooth, fast and battery lastsvme all day easy. So much faster and smoother than S6. The screen clear and the canera rocks

Processor is great. Camera is excellent. Battery is great considering how big the screen is. Quality and build is excellent

So far I am very happy with the S8+. I upgraded from an S7 Edge. I lke the size and feel of the phone. Response seems to be good and I have used an app to remap the Bixby button as I have no use for Bixby. The only problem I have with this phone is that I do not realy like the edge screen. I prefer a flat screen that can use a nice glass screen protector and normal case. Oh well. Overall phone is very responsive screen is bright and sharp. Camera is good for a phone. Memory size is adequate.

Home button and side buttons are in the way. Other than that good performance

it is a really nice phone with a great camera and a really nice size screen.

Switched from a iPhone had a 6s like the bigger screen not so much the grand for the phone does allot off cool stuff can put stuff right from your phone be right to your Samsung tv picture great better than iPhone nothing bad about the phone as all i can say it's great allot off cool stuff you do that iPhone be does not like do not disturb no calls just alarms that's cool no texts right on when you go to bed 5-6 pm helps out to get up 10pm and later great phone swiping is great

I love this phone for being water resistant and Iris Scan. Samsung Pay is also a feature I have been using for the last 2 years and have not had one security problem. The most secure way to pay. I love the 64 GB storage with the ability to add 256 GB micro SD Card. I use a 128 GB. The battery in this phone seems to last twice as long as my S6 that I had previously. This is The best smartphone I have ever had. I like to store Music, Movies, and pictures on my phone hence the 128 GB SD card.

Amazing pictures and screen. Battery life is not amazing but it's a large display smartphone. Fingerprint scanner on back design flaw but does work great

I transitioned from a Galaxy S5 to this and it's been treating me well. This is bigger than I was used to, but I attached a pop socket on it and got used to the size. The big screen totally makes up for it. It takes decent photos and videos. I only wish Samsung had a better portrait mode similar to that of an iPhone 7 plus. But it's not really a knock on the S8 because you still have great features overall. My one complaint is that the galaxy lineup should have stereo speakers by now.
