Good phone, was fast and the only thin I have complaints about is the speaker volume. Could use some work. But they are fixing that with the s9

Researched on line for best price... Found a reconditioned one at BB.com for outstanding price. Although, said online it might contain scratches, it was in great condition with all original packaging.

It looks nice but the screen is extremely easy to scratch. I had the phone for two days with no screen protector and did not drop or put it in my pocket with keys, etc. and it still has a few scratches. I was careful. I would suggest putting a protector on as soon as you get it. The software is just okay, the soft keys could use some work. Battery life is just okay as well. If you get it at the sale price it may not be bad but I would not pay full retail.

The phone was really in a perfect shape and got to me as fast as it could get. I am happy with it and i would recommended
