    I purchased this phone online after reading reviews. Unfortunately after the second day of having it the phone froze. I couldn't restart it. I called best buy and they said if I got insurance than I can return it, i shouldn't have to use my insurance because they sold me a defect. I've updated my apps, I am hoping that helped. Other than it freezing up its an all around great phone!
