I purchased this unlocked phone because of the $150 discount However, for some reason this S8 doesn't support the Video Chat feature that has been present in Galaxy's since the S5. I contacted both Verizon and Samsung support and followed instructions from each of them but nothing works to resolve this. I also have been able to have a Verizon "widget" on my home screen to access voicemail w/o having to put in my password each time I check it, but that isn't available either. Unfortunately, I discovered these issues a few days after the return period expired so I'm unable to return it and exchange it for a true Verizon version of the phone. I'm either out the money I've paid or I'll try to sell it.
