My last phone was an older Galaxy so I was familiar with some things. The more I learn about the phone, the happier I am that I bought it. My only complaint is there is no central place to get guidance on features or "how to's".

I have always been and android user and will always continue to be. It allows me to work on the go and access all documents at my finger tips. I chose the note 9 as it's for business purposes and cant believe I've never had one before. Only con is I cannot text with one hand aa the phone is large and my hands are small. Power point, excel, word etc provides me much needed work flexibility

The S9 is a good cell phone, quick processor, good cellular signal. Android system works well. What keeps it from excellent is all the 'Bloatware' APPs that are pre installed, some of those I realize are from my carrier.

I love my new Samsung s9 phone. I am still learning most of new functions but am very satisfied and happy to finally upgrade.

Best Buy provided an excellent price for the Galaxy S9 . I accepted the offer online and was able to pick up the phone at the nearest store. I went to the pickup desk, was given my phone, they called a tech who then quickly and easily activated my phone. He then transferred my pictures, files and contracts. Great customer service!

Works great. Excellent quality. Camera is killer. Waiting for a glass screen protector because all the originals were recalled.

Upgraded my S6 Active to this. What a difference! Wonderful device and cool features. The AT&T sale price was a great bonus.
