I think the added software features with the latest updates have given Samsung users the advantage over others. Samsung Pay has worked flawlessly at 100's of businesses without a flaw. The camera takes as good a picture as my $1200 dollar DSLR. No complaints or regrets. Have always been a Samsung user and will continue as long as they keep improving their products.

Clear & Fast, trying to get used to new options

Then upgraded to an LG V20 because I wanted the audio DAC. Finally got tired of the complete lack of Android updates from LG and AT&T. Everything about this phone just works beautifully. The pictures are especially good. So much so that I have stopped carrying my DSLR around. I didn't want to wait and pay a premium for the latest and greatest and honestly I am glad I did.

Good short term performance

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 6/30/18, review 12/3/19 Really nice battery life in the beginning, but as of about May 2019 battery won't last near all day with average use...having to charge a min of 2 times a day. Speed is a little slower even though I clear out my space over time. Camera has been struggling a bit and the fingerprint biometric feature near it has a film that crusted off from its original gold color to silver. Screen cracked a few weeks ago, hoping to have some sort of warranty since its starting to strobe lights and whole phone malfunctions after a few minutes of constant use. Could use better long term battery performance Maybe better updates for the camera? or some calibration? Transitioned prior from HTC to this Samsung
