Our phones are absolutely perfect. I see Samsung made major upgrades with this phone especially as for as memory goes. Previous phones constantly running out of space but this one that is not a problem. Completely water proof and user friendly. Reception is great to even in elevators. Good long battery life.

This is a big step-up from the S6. There are many new features and is easy to use. I like that all the apps I use are on 1 or 2 screens as opposed to the 5 I had before. The one drawback is that you cannot delete a string of text messages from someone at one time. It's either doing each one individually or all of them. Other than that very fast and easy to use.

I love the new features with it. Wish I got the s9+. I like the larger size Easier for me to read. I work on my phone a lot.

Phone is easy to learn and has a lot of storage. Lightweight and simple with a little help from my kids. Have fought owning one for years but sure glad I got this one and have learned to love it. I may be old but time and my abilities March on. Highly recommend this phone.

I find it very peculiar that after making payments for two years on this phone including two years of insurance, just one week after making my final payment, the charging port no longer works. Not a single problem or complaint for two years and then , just like clock work, the phone will no longer take a charge from any charge cord. Not surprising, my 2 year Geek Squad insurance had also conveniently expired without any notification or option to continue the policy. Now my only option is to buy a new phone ? That is simply out of the question after being out of work for a year. Major disappointment !! I will say that while the phone was working, it was wonderful in every way with the only exception being the obnoxiously irritating Bixby continually attempting to gain access and control over every task. Please add an OFF switch on future models.

Great camera and easy to use; phone is durable; battery not as long lasting as would like, but ok.

We are for the most part a Samsung Family. My husband's battery on his 7 died suddenly after two years, and the batteries were on backorder and he could not wait two weeks. So we decided to upgrade and it was a great choice, this one is even better than the last one.

Best phone ever. I've dropped this phone a few times both on concrete and hardwood flooring with a thin silicone case and it never broke. Screen is crisp clear and overall easy to use. Best buy always have the best deals when it comes to cell phones

Was a breeze to transfer data over from my S7, contacts and text messages, pictures. Have been a Samsung fan since the Epic, S3, S5, and S7. As an IT person the Galaxy series has been intuitive to use and customize how I want my phone to be set up. Worth the money.

So far the battery life is very good, much better than my old S5. Seems like the Pedometer is much better at counting steps, the S5 was very easy to add steps. I had to verify it was counting right, and does seem to be correct. Still getting use to it.

The Samsung - Galaxy S9 64GB - Midnight Black (Sprint) cellphone is a great phone for traveling performance. I added a micro SD card to extend the memory capacity and the phone is handling so much better than my old phone. Wish I had bought it sooner!

I bought the note 8, which does all the things I wanted to include the use of the stylist. We purchased the S9 for the camera and it's features which are superior. We got fantastic pictures on our trip to Florida, daytime and night, inside and out. Cant be beat.

By far the best galaxy yet. Love being able to use different fingerprints to unlock, as well as iris scan. Biggest knock is bixby and Samsung voice, totally unnecessary since google works well, but you can change settings easily to make google the default.

I previously had the Galaxy S6, but battery life was becoming a problem. Upgraded to the S9 and am very happy with it. Great battery life, and Samsung makes a great phone! Best Buy definitely had the best deal to purchase the phone for Sprint use.

I almost left Samsung with the Galaxy 6 and it's lack of expandable memory. SO glad that option is back! Between 64MB and the 128MG microSD, I think I'm set. Battery life also MUCH better. Phew! So nice not to have to carry around a charger with me.

I was worried about switching to an Android after using an iphone for many years, and I wish I made the change earlier. My photos and 4K videos are absolutely incredible and I love being able to use 2 apps at one time. Amazing phone and I love it!

I really like the Galaxy phones and have been impressed with the ease of operation and functionality of the entire line. I have upgraded from Galaxy 7 to a Galaxy 9 this time and I will probably upgrade again if another Galaxy phone is available.

I had the Samsung S6 previously, so this was a big upgrade. At first I was unsure if I liked this phone but the screen quality is amazing, the camera is awesome, and once I got used to the fingerprint pad on the back it became a must for me.

As always Samsung has made a great quality product. Picture quality is fantastic. Listening to music on it sounds great. Lots of preinstalled apps as well as plenty of room for downloading my favorite games and other apps. Overall great purchase.

nice camera, easy to use, although reception doesn't seem to be as good as the S6 was.
