Like the size

Not happy with that part. I like a normal screen when I’m texting, to see what I have texted all at one time.

An $800 phone that can't make phone calls!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like many similar defect reports that I now see online, the Galaxy S9 has such a serious defect in the microphone that the person you are talking to often cannot hear you (they report that the sound is distant and muffled). Best Buy Geek Squad has not heard of the problem, and wanted to know if I have a support plan. An $800 phone should not require a support plan to be able to make phone calls!

Drops calls, I can have 4g and 4 bars and still wouldn't call or looking at something on face book an takes along time to come up or it will just spin an never come up! Verizon is worrying about a better camera and other things! The reason I bought this phone is to talk on it and a lot of times it wouldn't call or it will just drops the call !

Really disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pre-ordered the phone and was expecting to get my $100 only to find out that the savings was on those that paid in installments. If you pay that way with the daily interest you are paying them back doesn't give you any savings. It was my fault to not read the fine print but I didn't expect to have to with a store like this. I was really disappointed because I could have gotten two phones from anyone else for the price I paid for one knowing I was getting a savings. Lesson learned, really not out to give your loyal customers anything just points to develop lifetime value, as a business major I feel jilted but will spend my time reading from now on.

Phone was defective

Nothing I could do about it when it happened. Very difficult to reboot. Call Verizon and they said to return phone for replacement since it is within 14 days

This phone has been the worst purchase I've had. The first one I had 8 days and it quite working, this one the this doesn't always work and it randomly just shuts apps down.

Wouldn't buy it

Not a good phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an s3 for 8 years and it broke so I had to get an s9 and first off the s9 is nothing like the s1-s6 also it doesn't work like any other phone. I was told that everything about this phone was the same but it's not they took out over half of the apps and they even took them out of the Google play store so that you can't use them i will never buy this again.
