I was very sad to retire my s7. But I had to pull the plug. The s9 has not disappointed me though. Has neat things like face recognition and... honestly I don't know what else is different. But it's getting the job done. And it works. That's all I care about.

I upgraded to the Galaxy S9 after having the Droid Turbo for 2 years. Only had the phone for about a month now, but I like. It does what I need it to do. Haven't done much other than text and call with it so can't comment on anything else at this stage.

Best buy is one of the best places to buy cellphones!! I am a Verizon customer and best buy is my to go lmace for my new devices, the always have deals! I am also a Samsung user, great realuable brand. Phone looks great, and works great. Love Samsung

I like it so far. Still getting used to it. I like the size, not to big and not too small.

Had to upgrade. Quite pleased. I am hoping the 5G doesn't roll out until this phone is paid for. I asked about the next gen when we purchased these phones, but of course the salesperson didn't have the most up to date information, which I understand.

I've had Samsung Galaxy phones thru several models beginning with the 5 and have been generally pleased with all of them. While the rounded edge design is sleek, it does cause some problems with tapping on those areas that are within the bend. Very often I have to retap once or twice to get the phone to respond, something I'm sure is true with any of the cells with the rounded edges. Other than that, works fine.

I love the Samsung phones. I was disappointed in this one because there is no blinking light on the front to tell you that you have a message, notification or missed call. I work in a noisy area so I rarely hear my phone. It was nice to pick it up and see the blinking light instead of having to wake my phone up. Other than that, I really like this phone.

Went with this over the S9+ or the Note 9; those phones seemed to big in my opinion... This phone is a big upgrade from my old Galaxy S5 that I had been rocking for the past 4+ years. Love the headphone jack, the SD card slot, and the USB C connector; only down side is that phone manufacturers don't want their products lasting as long so they added the planned-obsolescence feature with a non-removable battery...

Needed an upgrade for a Galaxy that wasn't behaving itself. So...I went to the best, Best Buy. Got my Galaxy S9 and so glad I did. Can't believe that all the things I was having trouble with are now working and are great. Best Buy again is the best.

Lost one star for the useless Bixby button. Don't like paying for having choice forced on me.

I am pleased with this phone. I has a lot of features on it that make it really easy to use.

Had previous Samsung phones that exceeded my expectations. Only bought this one, when my 4-year old Samsung fell out of my pocket one last time, and the screen no longer would work. Decided it was time for an upgrade. So glad I did! Highly recommended

The Samsung Galaxy so is a good phone. Consider the S9 when you make your next purchase

Faster than my s8 still a little slick to hold on to without a case but like it a lot.

This phone replaced an IPhone, I am happy to be back on an Android system, it's a solid phone and I like the fact that it is water resistant. Also, the Best Buy sales associate was excellent. Also, the special deal (nearly 300 dollars off!) was great.

Got this for my wife, when I got one for myself. Just for the color, she fell for it. Naturally, other great features are a big, big plus, particularly the memory slot. Free 64GB Memory Card is a bonus, making this a 128GB phone. Great job, Samsung!

Just got this phone for my son to replace his old S6. It is exactly what he wanted. Was going to go with the S10, but this was on sale for 1/2 the price. Couldn't pass it up. Always had good experience with the Galaxy phones.

Replaced my old S5 with this, so it's no surprise that it seems great. My only complaint is that it is so slippery. That won't matter when I get the Otterbox that it needs. I understand that these phones are more fragile than older ones.

Had a Samsung S4 previously and wanted to upgrade to the latest technology. This phone works great. The only problem is for a novice person to be able to remove apps which are not needed. Did not always received expert advice from technicians.
