Camera takes really nice life like pictures!! Slow-Motion is a great addition to Galaxy

I originally purchased the same phone for me in a different color and my daughter begged me to upgrade her phone. We love our phones and the upgrade was so worth it. You are able to open multiple apps at once and the speed is impeccable.

I like the phone. It is similar with newer feature than my previous Samsung s5.

Bought the Galaxy for my father. Setup was easy with the builtin app to put all non-essential apps in a separate folder for later use, so he could start using it as a phone/camera only immediately without fishing through apps he doesn't use.

This phone is super fast compared to my old phone. Screen is bright and easy to read.

I got this for my mom who still had the flip phone. So far very user friendly. I will never purchase phone through Verizon again. Best buy staff is great. They are much easier to work with and explain everything to you with no hidden costs.

I have Had this phone for 4 weeks. Si far, it has been a pretty great phone. There were a ton of updates, some of the icons have changed. I figure it is probably due to Verizon. Once again, another solid Samsung phone.

Camera on the phone is amazing. Can replace a digital point and shoot camera. Fast.

I recently made the quantum leap from the s5 to the s9. It is incredible how much longer the battery life lasts, the screen enhancements, functionality, and storage are also amazing!

Excellent phone with all the features you need. One downside is the glass back on the galaxy phones... Stupid design why glass on the back? Make it metal - doesn't matter if you put the phone in a case to protect it...

This is the first Android phone I've owned (Apple iPhone user until now) and I'm still adjusting to the differences. I am so far very happy with the Galaxy S9... lots of cool features. The primary issue has to do with imessaging... the rest of my family have iPhones and I can no longer receive their group messages.

This is my second Samsung Galaxy - I just replaced the S5. Considering I went from the 5 to the 9 attests to the longevity of Samsung phones. They are well made! I wouldn't purchase any other brand. I strongly recommend the Galaxy line!

Clear screen, takes decent photos, wish it had a real home button, the pop up menu buttons get in the way of some apps. Not very loud in speaker mode, could be the case I have though. I still think the S6 was the best phone Samsung ever made. Miss the IR Blaster TV remote control feature. And please, get rid of that stupid Bixby thing. Not needed, already has Google assistant.

Over all this phone is good. it is easy to use. Phone is user friendly

Love the color of this phone! Am still discovering all that the phone can do...my last one was a Samsung S4. Went for the same brand as I’ve had no issues with it in the past. Curved screen is nice, and the call sound is phenomenal!

We had to upgrade so hearing aid app could be installed, and I'm as happy as ever. Love Samsung phones, and their rep in the BestBuy store that day was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Galaxy phones are great!

Nice phone, but each version becomes a bit more complex to get started after data transfer. Took me a while to get back to normal everyday use. The charger cord connector is different size than my previous Samsung which is a real pain.

Loaded with features. Infinity edge display is gorgeous. Camera very nice.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S5 that was a life's end. I bought a cheaper phone and hated it. Was able to return it and get the S9. BEST CHOICE EVER! I am so happy with the new phone! Should have just gotten it in the first place.

With the Samsung 10 coming out I thought it was a perfect time to upgrade my Samsung 7. Perfect timing with a much reduced price and a fantastic phone. I particularly like the upgraded finger print recognition function.
