I am giving to my daughter when her phone goes. When i handle the edges it does all sorts of unintended actions. Also don't like how back button works, you swipe up and then have to catch the back button before it disappears and it does quickly. (Versus one built in button) And it's smaller than my last phone and so a bit harder to handle.

Bought this for my 14yr old son. He loves it. Especially when used with good phone service like Verizon, you have a powerful phone. He had a LG before on Sprint and we always had issues. Not now.

I was a bit intimidated by the phone at first, but after a week I am very excited about it. I am learning about more of the features, and find most of them very helpful. It really is fairly easy to navigate.

I don't like the fact that you cant swipe right on a text and automatically call the person. This feature was available on the gs8 but not on the 9. Booo! Samsung should bring this feature back

Just upgraded from a much older phone and I can't believe how responsive this phone is. Phone comes with some special Samsung software that I just disabled so I can use as much stock/android features.

Made the switch from Apple to android and loving this phone - sorry I waited so long to switch. Great features- excellent camera quality- highly recommend- especially with Black Friday deal pricing!!!

The Samsung Galaxy S9 is a beautiful smartphone. I particularly like the gold case color, but that's just me. Operation is quick and smooth. The Android operating system is fairly intuitive, but I've been plagued by system and security updates. I've had other Android machines and don't recall having this many updates. It's almost daily.

Great phone however more difficult to find nice cases compared to iPhone. Also tapered screen edge is m.k or condusive to most glass screen protectors as they dont stay on - superb pics and video

Samsung Galaxy is a great phone, love everything about it.

The phone is nice upgrade from S5. The camera is awesome.

Upgraded from the GS8 because my phone was shattered. Not a great upgrade from that but the software does seem better. otherwise mostly the same

Easy to use. Battery life is great! Like the blue color.

My older Galaxy Note 4 was dropping calls and also having trouble connecting to the network. Also battery time was diminishing. Was concerned about the thinness of the phone but getting used to it. On the whole much clearer screen and getting it at Best Buy was much better value for money than Verizon and the service was far superior

I an totally loyal to Samsung, my last 4 devices have been the Galaxy S3, S5, S7 Edge, and now this S9. From the hardware to the software, I give it a huge thumbs up and 5 Star rating. I love the phone!

Overall we're very happy with the S9. Better camera capability, better screen resolution and I feel better power retention. I recommend this phone though there are new versions available

I bought this phone for my son on Christmas eve as an upgrade for his old samsung phone. Couldn't pass on the deal since it 400 dollars off on the cost of the phone. Super deal and great phone.
