Ive has it for 3 weeks. Works great, very fast. No issues.

Great features and battery life. Good phone for my kid.

Easy to use. I finally had to give up my dinosaur S4 which I loved by the way. But this phone is easy to learn and so far the only issue is the volume button bounces and won't go off the screen when turned up all the way while listening to 1 of my Bluetooth speakers. If continues I will have to replace since it may be a glitch.

UP graded from Galaxy 7 Edge to the S9.. Surprised that it also has an "edge"! Didn't have to give up my fav feature after all. Still learning this new toy. It has lots of features new to me. Love it!

Well, not so new now, but I still love it. I have to admit to dropping it several (at least!) times since I got it but it's still pristine and works perfectly.

What a great phone, Samsung always improve their products for the best, not like the competition. So far very happy with my new S9 and will continue to trust in the best company for smart phones.

This phone is amazing. The only thing I would say is a little bit of a con would be the SPen loses battery life quickly and that is a con bc I use the SPen all the time. Other than that A+

Love Samsung products. I've had Samsung phone for years and this one is great as well. Upgraded from S7. Really like the Bixby feature on this one. And got a great deal on it from Best Buy.

Although I love my Galaxy S9....the battery life seems to end too quickly. I will have 100% at 10 am, but by 5 pm, I am looking for a charger. Should the battery life last longer than 7 hours?

Had S7 and the nines seem okay but really can't see a huge difference they look and feel a lot like the eights if you can get a good deal on them and you're at a 7 or lower it's worth the upgrade but if you're an eight then I don't see the need to upgrade they're really not that impressive and not a lot of big changes I would also say that the $300 credit that you get from Best Buy isn't from Best Buy you'll have to go through Verizon and it's a pain so consider that

Great update for the price. I just wish when you got a new phone, the software was updated or you only had to do one update. Every day I have to do at least 2 or 3 updates, some as soon as I just finished the previous update. Very frustrating. Otherwise, great option instead of splurging on the S10.

Got great assistance from Bret, both on options and service advice once I had made my decision. This get one off to a great start with little or no follow up necessary to have a great phone!

I love it so far an am still learning new things about it. I upgraded from a Galaxy s7 and don’t regret it. Love that the phones are available in different colors and love my purple one.

I have been buying the Samsung Galaxy since my first one, the S5. Each generation gets better and better. For someone who doesn't like the iPhone, this is the perfect phone for me.

As I've only had this cellphone for a week, I'm not sure if I love it yet. I'm actually still learning what it can do. I love Samsung products, so I'm sure I'm going to be glad I bought it.
