I upgraded from a Samsung S7. I wasn't very impressed with this phone so I returned back and kept my S7 still. I hate it the fact that there's no more home key button. I didn't like those curbs at the end of the screen, it reminded of the S6. Screen protectors would come off because of it. I also hate it the size of it, I think a 5.1 is just perfect! If I wanted bigger I would just get the plus. I'm a big Samsung fan and I think the S7 was their best phone yet. Not a horrible phone but disappointed with this one. Hope the S10 improves on those aspects, I'll wait....

The S9 replaced my S5 so I have many new features to learn. So far, so good. Awaiting a case for phone as it is very slick, thin, and difficult to hold onto without a case.

We got a great price on all our phones! Traded in the S7 for this S9. Very happy with our new phones. First time buying phoned through Best Buy . They made it easy to purchase.

This phone works in my home so mush better than my last phone. I'm not sure if I like the curved screen since my screen protector wants to come up when put it in my pocket.

This is a fun phone, and the rest is propaganda...I mean from those iPhone users who do not know Android. I am finally out from under Apple's tyranny and love playing with it.

I expected this Samsung device to be excellent and it is. Ergonomically, it fits the hand and fits the pocket just fine, wider phones might be fine for carrying in a purse

Bought for my wife. She traded up from the s7. Loves it. Just needs a case. Already dropped it and cracked screen protector. Need more choices in store or quicker shipping.

I had a Samsung S7 and it worked perfectly, nothing wrong with it but Like most people they want to upgrade soon as the next new thing comes out. I upgraded and I love it.

After having the S9+ for myself, I bought the smaller S9 for my daughter. She is loving it! There is so much it can do, every day she is learning something new (and fun)!

It is made to fit the phone I purchased. I like the fact that it comes with the necessary kit to get it placed on the phone perfectly. The warranty is an extra bonus.

My wife loves the full screen view with minimal edge showing. Easy transition from Galaxy s7 to the new phone. Best Buy employee was super helpful during the purchase.

We are Verizon customers and this is the third time we've gotten a new phone with our upgrade from Best Buy. They are always far cheaper than Verizon, just watch the sales.

This is by far the Best Samsung phone i have ever owned. There is no lag. Also the phone does not get HOT. Ever. This is a great product and I think everyone should buy one.
