I had the S8+ & upgraded to the S9+ with my annual upgrade and although there doesn't seem to be a ton of changes other than the camera, I love it.

Maybe it's me, but I just don't seem to be a fan of the Samsung phone. I love the size and overall phone. However, I seem to struggle when I use the camera just about every time. Plus, the curved edges take some time to get used to.

I got a great deal on this phone and it has not failed us yet. I’m ready to upgrade it soon and I will definitely choose Best Buy

Am very happy with the phone except the reception is not as good as my 7Edge. Looking at my settings to see if everything is set correctly.

I'm not sure why but the phone always has ads popping up. I go to check an email and there's an ad, I go to look at a website and there's another ad......it is very frustrating. The phone is great, the ads are not. If someone knows how to get rid of the ads PLEASE let me know.

Love the full screen, just had to get used to the absence of a permanent home button. Went with the Plus for the dual camera. Only drawback for me was now having to change all my chargers to the USB-C cable. But that's a minor nuisance to me when it charges faster and transfers data faster.

Samsung continues to deliver excellent quality. Upgraded my Edge 7+ to the Galaxy 9+. Love this phone, awesome camera, excellent graphics.

This is my third Samsung phone. The last one crapped out at about 20 months old. I hope by buying the top of the line, this one lasts better.

Phone did the trick. Last one had a broken camera which son in college uses regularly to take notes. New device working brilliantly.
