I only have two complaints. Can't screenshot my banking information. I had no issues on my iPhone. I wish they would change this. The other has to do with screen mirroring. After plugging my phone into my Subaru, the message banner won't go away unless I repower the device.

Just trying to learn how to call, text and take some pictures and send them. Hard for old man to remember just how things go!!!

Have had this S9+ for about 2 weeks and have enjoyed it so far. Quite an upgrade from the S5.

I loved this phone when I owned it but wished it had slightly better battery life. Also, it was pretty durable it had been through it's fair share of drops on concrete and there weren't any blemishes on the device with a thin phone case on it.

So far so good. I don't see much of a difference between the S9 and S6, which is what I previously had; but it's new, and I'm happy.

I've had iPhone my whole life and this is deffinatly better so glad I'm not in the dark anymore I can now do so much more with my phone

Best Buy made it very easy to upgrade my device. The S9+ is everything I was expecting and I love the Best Buy exclusive color!

Fasf, fast, fast! Love this phone. Too many great options to add acknowledge them all! I replaced my S7. Don't wait. You will love it!

I've been a Samsung Galaxy user for years and this one has been great so far. Haven't encountered any issues.

Samsung was smart to only offer this color at best buy. And to have the best deal around even better then Verizon themselves!

The battery in my Motorola wouldn't hold a charge, the rep directed me to this 1 & now I won't use anything else but Samsung!

Switched from iPhone to this device. Yes there was a learning curve and I'm still learning but WOW, I will never go iPhone again.

If your considering a new flag ship phone this is it, like it better than the note 8 because the case are able to protect lil better

Nice phone phone right out of the box. The edge can be a little finicky at first but once you get use to it, it's actually nice.

I had to upgrade since the port in my old phone broke. I have no complaints. I am happy samsung changed the charging port.

I am a die hard Samsung fan and this phone does not disappoint. It was easy to set up and I'm using it with very little disruption

I am more satisfied with this phone purchase than any other. I didn't realize how slow my only phone was before I tried the s9+.

This phone was for my husband who has always been a Motorola person & I finally convinced him to change to Samsung & he LOVES it!!
