Upgrade from S8+ to S9+. The S9+ feels so much more durable than the extra thin fragile S8+. Screen quality is awesome and response time is great. A little thicker and heavier than S8+ but does not feel too heavy or bulky to enjoy using.

I did my research before upgrading my iPhone 7S+, I compared the newest versions of iPhone and Samsung to get an overall feel for the phones capabilities. I ultimately chose the Samsung Galaxy S9+, and so far I have not been disappointed at all. I left the very next day for vacation in Maui and the quality of the photos far exceeds any that I had previously been able to take with myiPhones! I love the split screen capabilities especially when needing directions from Maps. The only small complaint I could possibly have is that the keyboard is very sensitive and I find myself having to erase several times because of accidentally pushing the space bar before my words are complete! This phone was also at least $200 cheaper than the comparable iPhone, so I'm definitely getting more bang for my buck!

wasn't sure I wanted to buy it. but glad I did. this phone has greater memory space. fast... great features.. pictures are amazing... almost professional... happy w my purchase overall

I like the speed and screen quality. The transition from my old phone to my new one was smooth. I am having trouble with the Bixby button. It has not been all that helpful, and I accidentally activate it quite frequently. Some functions that were on the old phone, like attaching a photo, have to be accessed through the Bixby button. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure thst out. Not as intuitive as just clicking the attach button.

The Samsung is easy to use and has expanded features. There are a many improvements, to include a much improved camera. I would really recommend looking into this phone if you want something easy to use with good features and functions.

I was hesitant to upgrade but now I am very pleased that I did. The phone surpasses my expectations. The camera is great and battery life a definite improvement from the 7edge I had.

Honestly I bought this Samsung s9 just because is my favorite color,but after I use this phone it suprising me how easy to use and it runs must fast the the iPhone I use before, can't think of anything to complain this phone yet,love it

Very easy transition from my s6 to the s9+. The battery life is awesome. I can use my phone all day without charging it. The camera take beautiful pictures. The screen resolution makes any picture look amazing. Very happy with my S9+!

So far I like it very much easy to use. A great camera and big screen. Hope nothing goes wrong with it.

I purchased this phone to replace my Galaxy S7 Edge when I switched from Sprint to Verizon. It's a great looking phone and takes incredible pictures and video. Very fast processor and I appreciate that Samsung gives you a slot for extra storage. My only complaint is this phone can be quirky at times...like beeping for no reason when on a phone call and you have to restart the phone to make it stop. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the new Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone. Produces great pictures. Is just the right size for viewing content from the emails, messages and internet. Best Buy has a great buy for this product and the staff were very helpful. Thanks.

Love the style screen to screen big phone which you could see better. Also very fast to respond by a touch of the finger. This is one phone you should have also clear Image and when get a chance ask for help on how to use the phone.

Came back to Samsung with the 9+. I had an iPhone 7 & 7 plus, missed the personalization of Android. The 9+ is wicked fast, super slow-mo camera is sick & the purple is way cool!

Still learning the bells and whistles. There are at least half a dozen ways to do everything. Still deciding on my favorites. Great cameras with new to me features. Stays charged for several days. And, it makes calls!

Many features are much better than my old phone (LG G5) but at the same time many things are not as good. Some Negatives: G5 has removable battery, s9+ does not Accessing wifi setting was much easier before. Downloaded images (from the web) go someplace I can't find and I can't figure out how to change this Some Positives: Longer lasting battery better camera supposedly water resistant and more

Overall, as an upgrade from the S7, it's a big step up in performance, battery life and camera quality. All day battery is a huge plus.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is a very good phone. I went with the S9+ for the larger screen and larger battery. There are a few times where I would have been fine with the S9, so just make sure the size will work for you.

My wife loves her new phone. She went from a S6 to the S9+ and doesn't mind the larger size. I see her playing games on her phone now, which she didn't do before. The Wireless charging is fantastic. Great battery life.

I had my dependable S5 since it came out, and it was a great phone.. But it was finally time to retire her. I previously purchased an S7 for my wife and was looking to go that route as it has all that I needed... Also was waiting for the note to come out.... However on Memorial Day weekend, BB, had an awesome $300 off sale for the S9 and S9+ so I couldn't resist that and jumped on it. All I can say is WOW.. This is the best phone I have owned.. I currently also have an iPhone 7+, and the S9+ blows it away !!!. The camera is as close to a professional camera as once can get in a phone, and I have had 0 issues with it...

Samsung's flagship smartphone last year is still an excellent choice today. It responds quickly, has a beautiful screen, and still has a few years of guaranteed security support. Absolutely recommended.
