this has been challenging, much harder to learn then the Apple unit I had prior. Still finding ways to use, just more challenging to use and find programs, etc. Plan to have a longer adjustment, learning phase, maybe fine after I learn the ropes to it.

As I upgraded from an S5 this phone was usable and has major upgrades. I am not a massive fan of the "Edge" features but they are useful. The screen is crisp and bright. There are some issues with the SD card slot but samsung is working on that issue now.

Good phone except for the screen burn-in after barely a year of use. Samsung would not respond or fix the issue since the phone is out of warranty. Unhappy and will think twice before purchasing another Galaxy phone.

Messages everyone waits for the 2nd generation comes out the this computer's loading time takes about a minute or longer when logging in pages and really only thing answer paying for is the name. Out of 5 stars I give this new Galaxy S9 a 3.

I was hesitant to buy this phone because I've been an iphone user for a decade, but in the end, I chose the phone because of the potential for extra storage, the touted battery life, and the extra features I could get with this phone for hundreds less than they would cost on an Iphone X. I LOVE THIS PHONE. It feels wonderful to use. The camera is awesome. You can customize just about everything, which allows you to make it much more intuitive to use for your own style. I have encountered some things that the iphone did better but after a little research, I was able to work around them. For example, the keyboard does not correct as well as the iphone's, but there are several keyboards that can be downloaded that do a good job, and I really like the swipe typing (after getting the hang of it). Iphone doesn't have that. The other thing is that the texts are SMS rather than iMessage (sent over data). That took a little getting used to, but it's easy enough to share large files like videos via dropbox. The phone is set up to do that with a couple of clicks, so in the end, I found it way more intuitive. Overall, if you're switching from iphone, you will feel a bit of culture shock, but it's all worth it. This is an amazing phone!

I have had this for a year and a half and already by charging port and headphone jack are broken. I am now charging my phone wirelessly. If it stops taking a charge this way - I am in trouble.

Phone actually has too many things I'll never use or want. Somewhat unfriendly when it comes to looking for directions to setup all the options. Would not recommend for an elderly person with limited technical skills.

I would not recommend this product to anyone who lives in the country or in a remote area with poor signal. The Iphone is the better choice.

Although beautiful, this phone suffers from a number of bugs. Screens not minimizing properly. Keyboard glitches and buggy texting. Disappointed that something so expensive could be so flawed.

It was fun while it lasted, bit.towars the end of the life of the product I experienced dropped calls, and inability to hold a charge

The specs on the phone are great the only thing I didn't like about the phone are the curved edges which made me return the item.

I have to start out by saying if anything the battery life on the S9+ is weaker than the S8+ I don't feel as if this new phone does as well with battery set on the same settings.

I have always been a fan of Galaxy and this is by far the best 1. I however just don't like is sensitivity on the phone when I have the screen protector on it

When I put the phone on speaker mode, the people on the other end of the call says it sounds like I'm in a tunnel and the volume is low

I love my phone, only problem I'm having is when on a call it goes muffled, not sure it that's a setting or a defect. Haven't figured It out yet.

I would like to give this phone a great review but unfortunately I am unable to. First phone had an echo and static when on calls. Returned and tried another one... This one had issues with the screen functioning properly. Worked when it wanted to. Went through sensitivity adjustment and didn't work. Unfortunately returned phone.

Great phone But.... you cant video call natively . Thats Right Verizon blocks video Calls with other carriers using samsung devices beware ... of course you can use third party apps .. but if you think you can video call other samsung users nope... iphone its all done easy no block with verizon but looks like something is wrong called verizons tech coach and they cant even verify if it will ever be unblocked

Very disappointed. Had a Samsung S5 & loved it. Changed to an iPhone 7+ & didn't like it as much. Change back to Samsung S9+ & it's worse than having the iPhone. All messaging apps are linked, can't move photos around only duplicates them to other files which uses up more space. No widgets to use to customize like I want. Could say more but that's all for now. Please return control back to me.
