Love this phone so far. Replaced an S5, so I have a lot of features to learn about. Graphics, sound, and features are great. It's only slightly larger than my S5, which is good.

I got a very good deal on the phone at best buy, good enough that I went back the next day an bought my wife one. So far I like the phone, however when taking photos in the sun it is impossible to see the screen I hope to find a setting that will take care of that, the photos so far have been very good.

Phone arrive as promised, phone itself turned out to be a little underwhelming, but has some great features, i including a great screen, nice software (Once updated). The battery on the other hand was subpar, i can never get through a full day. But overall not a bad replacement to my S6.

I decided to upgrade from my S7, but didn't want to spend so much on monthly payments for the S10. So far I've been very happy and it's already been a huge improvement!

I have used apple for years but decided to make the switch to Samsung and the Android operating system. I love it so far very user friendly and the phone is sleek and sexy.

With this phone purchase, I changed carriers from Sprint to AT&T. No regrets!! This is the best phone I have owned! Really responsive and the camera takes very clear pictures.

This phone has an awesome battery life. The front-facing camera is the best in resolution. I'm loving the fingerprint scanner unlock feature. No complaints from me! Love it!

Upgraded from a Galaxy S5, many more new and changed features, some very good and others that I liked better on the S5. But overall great functionality and so far very satisfied.

I’ve had 2 other galaxy phones before an s 4 and S8, this one is a step up from the S8. The processor is so much better and response time is very fast. Very pleased with it.

This phone has a lot of features and I am still discovering new features about this phone. The camera, widgets and screen are advanced features. Photos are crisp and clear.

Love new phone. Easy to key in info fast with long life battery. Had Tracey help with switch from old to new. She was fantastic and if I need help will definitely call her.

I replaced my S5 that worked reliably for years. Realized how much faster the S9 is compared to the S5 without having to relearn how the functions work.

I needed a phone FAST, when I got this one, but I've been very pleased with it. Camera is great. Good display. And phone has had zero problems in almost 9 months.

This is a great phone and is super fast with no locking up at all unlike many other phones I have had before, you can do multiple tasks at once and it still runs fast

My husband bought me this phone as my I Phone 6 was limited to 16 gb and I needed an upgrade! It is so fast and I love it! Service at Best Buy topped AT&T any day

Just got it a couple of months ago as my old S6 was in hospice. Cool phone. More advanced features, faster, has more storage, and charges in minutes. So far so good.

It was time to upgrade and this was the logical choice. So far it is better than the galaxy 5, and a learning curve to find what is there and what has been removed.

Really like the size of the phone. Not to big and not to small. She still is getting use to it but like how fast it is when she is shopping and using facebook.

This S9 is great and I'm very happy to have upgraded from my s8 plus. I wanted a smaller phone so I traded in my s8 plus for a s9. I am very happy with my purchase.
