I switched from an iphone 6s. I was worried about using the new operating systems since I had been with apple since the Iphone 3g. Samsung makes a great phone and I'm glad I switched. Samsung smart switch app makes switching from iOS to android a breeze.

This phone is everything. The camera is so intelligent and it’s pretty hard to mess up any picture.

Nicole and Laara are the best along with Chris and Jake "from State Farm". They made my purchase a pleasure and answered endless questions from me. They gave me all the time that I needed before the purchase. Laara even stayed after closing to make sure all my data was properly copied to my new phone!!!

Phone has a battery that has much more power than my last phone. The screen is just perfected.

I had an android years ago and had no issues, but decided to switch to iPhone. My phone started to bog down because of the new iOS, so I went back to android and the S9+, and I couldn't be happier. I was leery about this phone not having stock android, but I am happy with Samsung's flavor of it. I thought I would have some anxiety switching back after 6 years, but I had none. I'll be sticking with Samsung for the foreseeable future.

I had a Moto Z2 Play... really liked it especially the battery mod...this S9+ is a faster & slightly bigger phone than the Moto...but it has no where near the battery life of the Moto...the reason for me upgrading was I want waterproofing so I could carry the phone out on my jetski without any worries... the S9+ dies before the day ends with my normal usage ... having to carry a battery charger at all times...phone itself is great.

I like the colors, very light, and fast. Looking for sports armband is hard to find because of size.

I had a S3 so this S9+ is quite an improvement. So far everything about this phone is excellent.
