Almost great phone!

Many great features on this phone then around 6/19/19 phone started having static during calls making it difficult to be heard and to hear other person, had insurance replaced phone on 7/19, then I went to Europe and Western Africa came back 8/21/19 phone worked great on trip and when I got home until 10/18/19, static started again, I don't know what is causing this. I'm going to try deleting pictures first to see if that will work.
