Already loving the phone. able to run apps that before were running slow. going from an S6 active to s9+. my only issue was with my plan getting changed even though i told rep i did not want to change plans and they said it was no problem. they still changed my plan. fixed now through support.

I love my s9. It's easy to use. Sometimes Bixby is helpful and sometimes it doesn't understand anything your asking it to do

The phone is much faster than my old s7. Quite an upgrade. I am enjoying the features, and overall thing it's a good phone.

Samsung phones in the past 3-4 years have been great, and they really turn down the over stylized Samsung nonsense in the interface. Well not quite stock it's much better than it has been years prior. My wife loves the Lilac purple, and gets comments on it all the time.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge that was on its last days, still less than 30 days ago, but do far loving mistly every aspect of it. One or two transitionsl issues encountered (to be expected when upgrading), but overall pleased with the purchase so far.

I have used Pixel after was launched last year and gifted it to my brother. So, when I saw $300 off on bestbuy, and saw I was getting it cheaper than Pixel I went for it. For the first time I am using a Samsung phone and to be honest it has exceeded my expectations.

The camera is second to none, hands down. But the microphone is wacky ( Voice typing is a pain) and battery life is short.

This is a really good phone. Has a lot of features that are important to me. I would definitely purchase again.

It was time for a new cellphone. The existing one had served very well, but it was time to upgrade to a model with more options. I am very pleased with the phone. The Best Buy personnel asked me about my cellphone needs and helped me narrow the candidates down to three choices based on their questions. I selected the Galaxy phone which was the middle one in terms of capabilities and price. It is also an Android phone as was my previous phone, so adjusting to it did not take much time.

My 16 year old son, who is very tech savvy, selected this phone for his birthday present. He did the research, and chose this phone over all the others. Yes, he did break from family tradition, the rest of us have iPhones. He says its great. Happy son, Happy Dad.

I am in the early 60's age range and was skeptical about getting a new phone. Didn't want to learn too many more new gadgets. I am finding this phone so easy to navigate and the tutorials and videos available are so helpful. Loving my new phone!

I really like the texture of the cord and the length hoping that it will fare better than the last cord with plastic coating. The cord is long enough to plug in under my desk with phone charging on top. With the different material hopefully no more fraying cord.

I was due for an upgrade and was looking around for a new smartphone when I bumped into this phone. There's so much you customization with this phone and the graphics are better than other phones on the market. Definitely worth the price for this smart phone.

I admit, it took some getting used to having a longer phone. But the phone does have a great camera on it.

Although Samsung claims these phones are water and dust proof with gorilla glass screens, these claims are misleading, if not outright deceitful. Over 50% of the phone is not gorilla glass. The beautiful and slippery back is not gorilla glass and is easily scratched and cracked. The entire wrap between the front and back of the phone is a plastic which scratches remarkably easily. So the IP68 water proof and dust proof rating is virtually worthless. The 35 hour battery with 15 hours of internet on 4g is also a ridiculous claim. My phone is hitting 40% after less than three hours of active use. Brand new phone hitting one fifth the manufacturer's advertising is unacceptable. And next, updates are an ever present distraction. My phone insisted on as many as two updates a day for the first week I owned it. This last week I've only been forced to update it twice. I would highly recommend buying a different phone if durability and long lasting are important to you.

I don't live on my phone like most people. I purchased it clear and finally yesterday transferred my contacts and set up my email accounts. So far so good. I'm very anti-social media so I cannot give any reviews regarding that. The phone is working well.
