This is my first time owning a current flagship Samsung phone and I have not been disappointed. There are some things Samsung could do better (what is that personal emoji thing?), but they are minor when judging this as a productivity device.

I've had my S9+ for about a month so far, and I love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that you can't give different contacts, different message tones for texts. You can still have different tones for calls, just not texts, and I LOVED having that feature on my previous Galaxy phones. I REALLY hope Samsung puts out an update soon and gives us this feature back. I would have thought twice about buying the S9+ if I had known about this.

The phone is sharp looking and works better and faster than the Samsung 8.its worth getting this new phone

I was looking to replace a galaxy S5. I did not want want to be on the hook for the latest Samsung flagship phone, so the S9+ seemed like a good value. For me the upgrade in user experience is greater than the cost.

The Galaxy 9 plus is like my old Samsung Edge and my old Active together in one device. I like features, durability and aesthetically, the Sunrise Gold color which is exclusively available at Best Buy is magnificent!

I've been a Samsung Galaxy user for years (last non-Galaxy phone was iPhone 4) and the Galaxy line continues to impress me! Seriously considered the iPhone X, but I'm so glad I waited a few more months. More than worth the wait!

Just got the latest Galaxy phone. So far so good. I've been a fan of Galaxy phones for several years now. Though I dont use alot if the features outside of internet, texting and phone calls I am extremely happy with it!

It was a great phone for its time. Its still a pretty good phone today.

Got this for my wife for her birthday and she loves the ease of face recognition and on the back finger login option. Needless to say about camera and crystal clear screen. Got a very good deal BestBuy during the sale event.

Bought for teen boy. He can use for all he chooses and no complaints.

More features than my old one, good picture quality. But need to learn more and enjoying it.

Where delighted with my purchase. The product itself is great as expected. However many thanks to Best Buy for amazing promotion on it and very professional employee who made my upgrade process smooth and pleasant.

Although my transition from ios to Android was painful, having a Galaxy S9 plus made it a more smooth and fun. I will highly recommend this phone to people who like having the best visual experience in the market.

This is a great phone for on screen viewing. Large screen makes it easy to view.

Still getting used to the differences from my galaxy s5, but this phone is better in every way except one -- the curved glass is cool, but the edges of images get cut off. Otherwise, there nothing this phone can't do.

The Samsung Galaxy was a great purchase. A great all around phone. Amazing looking camera and screen. The customer service I received was great! Rebecca helped me find the perfect product for my needs and wants!

Owned the phone for 2+ years now and still works great and is fast. I had one issue with the screen after a few months but received a replacement device and haven't had any issues since.

This phone has everything I could ask for in a smartphone. The additional RAM makes it future proof (hopefully). When I found out that they also added stereo speakers, I decided to trade in my S7 edge. I'm very pleased!

Integrates seamlessly with my car system a serious plus. If you love music...one of the best speaker system I've heard. And completely satisfied with productivity capabilities. I recommend a "test drive" today!

Was excited to get this phone since first hearing of its release. First time in a long time that I got a different color besides black. The purple one is beautiful as has such a nice shiny tone to it. Worth the wait.
