Had a galaxy 7active. I love this new phone it's way better. I even use the new apps like secure folder with split screen to run two pokemon go accounts at the same time. Lol priorities.

Wished there were more instructions on how to operate the phone. Not a phone tech. Had to ask for help in doing things with the phone. Once the icons were in place, great phone & screen.

She love it. Great camera and clear screen for reading books

So glad to be back with an android after 2+ years with IOS. So far this phone lights out better than what I thought and for me so much better than the 6s I had previously.

I absolutely love my new phone. I had a choice between the a iphone and the Galaxy s9+. I chose the s9+ hands down. iPhones are just to complicated for me. My kids love them tho.

As a prior iPhone user for several years I wasn't sure how I would like it. This phone is awesome and a much better value for the price vs the iPhone I was looking at. I love it!

Big change from the S4 mini. I like it. Much faster and better feel. The fingerprint reader is great. It does so much more than I'm used to, still figuring out all the toys.

Upgraded from an S7 and am very pleased with speed, ease of use and with the discount a very good price. Love that it has USB C port instead of the miniature USB.

IPhone user since iPhone 3 with 8 gig. Didn't want to spend $1000 + for a new phone. I really like the 9+. Transition to android not bad. Love the display and everything about this phone. If battery life were better would have been 5 stars but with all we ask our smart phones to do I am really not surprised. Glad it charges quickly and fast charger is included

Love samsung phone's in general. I briefly switched to an iphone, and I'll never do it again. Samsung phones are so customizable, and I absolutely love the color of the phone.

We got this for our daughter who have a Samsung 7 that got damage. It is the same phone I have so I knew what a good phone it was. She likes it and that's all that matters

The only complaint is "isn't the newer one coming out in a few months anyway". Other than that, he loves his phone. Color, weight, functionality, transferring info - great.

After going through all generations ofiPhone, finally found a device that works and doesn't slow down or glitch every time a new update, or new model is launching. Very satisfied

Another great upgrade at BESTBUY, Michael the representative did a great job upgrading me from the S8+ to the S9+. This is the second upgrade he did for me and it was super smooth.

got it replaced my S6 edge plus, much better reception then any other Samsung and Iphone I had so far. and was a great price getting it at BestBuy with the trade in for my old S6

Bought this phone for my wife and she fell in love with it. She's now due for an upgrade and won't trade it in on the next new thing because she still loves it so much

I have always been a long time Iphone user and I can truly say Samsung is the best phone, you can do so many different things with it and the picture on screen is awesome.
