High quality and awesome camera. Phone is slow and laggy to touch and response. Freezes a lot.

Nice phone with all the newest innovations from Samsung. If you have liked the previous versions of the Galaxy, you will like this one.

The phone is an upgrade, but the phone carrier still is not a great. Changed carriers and phone plan as well, but still not very good.

So happy Samsung came out with this lilac color. I've always liked the rose gold color of the iPhone but have never wanted an iPhone.

Does not fit the vr for the S7. Wasn't told this at store. Found out the plug is different from s7 to s9 so it won't plug into the vr.

Not bad product but not good quality. Because of the fingerprints color fade then it hard to read my fingerprints

Had an LG and was very satisfied. New Samsung 9+ was and is still difficult to navigate. Still getting used to after two weeks.

I love my new phone. However, I don't see as many new features after owning an S8+. I've owned Galaxy S2, S4, S6 Edge and S8+.

I bought it and returned it only because they couldn't transfer my phone number, but I went back and bought the note 9

While not as great as an I Phone it is definitely a step up from the previous Galaxies.

Overall the phone is okay. The Slow Mo camera has been a real disappointment. What really makes me dislike the phone though is texting or email. I will be texting, my phone will make a clicking noise and I am out of my text. Fortunately when I go back to my text, the message is still there. I have no idea why this happens but it drives me nuts. It is a real time waster when I am in a hurry.

Great product. So much prefer Samsung over Apple. However, OLED picture led to burn in.

Bought for the wife and loves it overall. Only con in the last 90 days is the type C charging cable goes bad and will resort to slow charging. So frustrating. On the phone with AT&T for one hour until they finally agreed to replace it without testing. So, if this happens to you, try using another cable first before you call warranty services. This way you’ll have done half of the diagnostic work.

Phone's great, alot to learn from it. Camera is great but a little confusing to use.

It's another in the long line of galaxy phones. Seems to burn through the battery faster than it should!

Made the switch from an Apple 6S and quite happy about it. While yes there's a learning curve theres not much.

Great phone but gorilla glass is not as resilient as advertised. Color is lovely.

Resolution is very good. Phone is longer than most of my phone pockets in my clothes. Could be a bit shorter.
