Some features are good but not the best phone in the market

Love the phone, but it is slippery. Need to buy a case for it

Bought for my daughters birthday, she loves the phone.

Replaced an S8 that we had a little over a year because of camera issues. Best Buy did not buy back because it was orchid gray. Only the black or blue S8 were eligible for their buy back $225. We bought the phone for $769 from Best Buy a little over a year ago. Seemed odd.

Contains more technology than I will ever understand.

got a good deal ono the phone, nice upgrade from our S7.

Only issue is with the hassle of setting up phone.

Had the s6 for 3 years. This such a great upgrade.

The Galaxy 4 has been the best phone that I have ever had. I love it. But the port was wearing out and I had already had it replaced once . So I bit the dust And ordered the Galaxy S9. 2 things are very disappointing. One is that the screen isn't exactly flat. it's more of a raised screen and there are many buttons and functions along the edge of that raised screen there are very hard to use because of their position. The 2nd disappointing thing is the Voice texting. The phone seems to have difficulty hearing anything I say and rarely ever types what I say. So there appears to be some issue with the speakers which is very frustrating. I really wished I had my Galaxy 4 back!

I actually love this phone however toward the end of its life cycle when of course it's paid off it glitches out and the processor goes out so we had to upgrade unexpectedly.

I put pictures into albums. Went back to delete pics from pic folders. It deleted everything in all my folders and from G photos and my samsung cloud. Had to call att to set up vmail. Lost alot of features by upgrading.

Too many bells and whistles, constant ads that are impossible to remove and worst of all,no user manual. Downloading a print copy of instructions takes 258 pieces of paper...disappointing.

Never ever go with AT&T for service or a promo. Nightmare to deal with. Have had phone for a year now & its freezing up for no reason. Will probably not go with Samsung again.

Looks good, light and slim. But apps like calendar and contacts are not user friendly. The buttons to get out of apps or return to previous page are not visible. Not user friendly!
