Got a great deal preordering this phone from Best Buy. The phone is a great upgrade from the S7 edge, much faster and much better battery life. Love the clarity/ brightness of the screen which Samsung always excels at.

After owning Motorolas for years i finally bit the expensive bullet and got this phone. While the Motorolas were great as smart phones, they were always missing something. This S9+ is awesome. It has every feature I've wanted in a phone and boy is it fast! Love it!

I upgraded three generations of phone, so I may be biased with such an upgrade. That said, no complaints. Very sturdy although I still bought a basic case for it - especially since it is rather slippery without one. Great graphics - plenty of processing power - great camera!

I just went from a Samsung Galaxy s5 to the s9+. I don't recommend waiting that long to upgrade. I was so lost, thank goodness for my teenage niece! She set up my new phone so that it's function is similar to my s5...so now I'm not lost and I'm totally in love with my S9+

My son loves his new phone. the size, look, even Bixby. He was a Motorola fan. I don't think he'll go back. The staff was great setting up this phone for me. And fast. Very good experience. Definitely would return to do another phone. I was already a Samsung fan.

Best Galaxy phone so far for me. I went from the note 8 to this and do not miss the stylus at all. Camera is amazing, sound quality is improving and a seamless interface make this phone a must have for those who aren't big on being frustrated using smartphones. Enjoy!

A week after I purchased the phone, still learning how to use many of its features. Example - Delete old texts is far different process that what i had on my previous phone. Really like the screen clarity, the battery life is excellent. Very happy so far with the device.

Found a good deal on one am glad to upgrade from an older Samsung. Everything transferred fine and love the camera's on the phone! A little to learn as there are some differences say from an S5, Bixby is fun and easy to setup. A nice addition to an already great phone.

I upgraded from the S8 plus to the new S9 plus. I enjoy the new camera features which includes slow mo to an interactive me lol. The battery life is a bit better then the S8 along with a sleeker looking phone. Go check it out yourself and you will be as impressed as I am.

Same as 6 but larger screen and better camera. Only have had it for a short time little hard to get use of large size

So far had it for a few weeks and love it. Some new stuff to get used to but mostly awesome. Bixby button is my only problem. Cause now I have a button under my volume down button that I will use more often than I want. With a program attached to it that ill never use. If I could use the button to open the edge tab that would be nice.

I have had several Galaxy S's in the past. This one is a lot like the rest which is great. But the camera is definitely heads and shoulders above my past phones. I have gotten unsolicited appreciation of the pics it takes. Can't wait for what the S10 brings.

I just switched to the samsung phone. I have always used Motorola brand phones. I like that it didn't put as many predownloaded apps as my droid turbo had. I really love the quality of the camera, because iam always taking pictures. This is definitely a good phone.

Great phone. Pictures and videos are amazing. Used the Bixby translation feature so many times when traveling so easy to use just point to the signs or whatever needs to be translated and it automatically displays it in English.

I've had the phone for almost a month & I'm still finding out about all the features. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S5, so this is a HUGE step up!! Love the Dolby sound & the extra camera lens!! The picture on the curved screen is GORGEOUS!! My complaint right now is that my Bluetooth won't pair to my car & I'm having trouble with it communicating to my Samsung Smart TV. Happy that I can put an SD card in this phone!! I'm only scratching the surface of what I like about this S9 plus!!

Absolutely love it in every way except my phone has progressive battery failure. A typical phones battery is depleted and shuts off at 0%. My phone used to shut off at 3% then 8% then 18% and now when it reaches 31% it shuts off. I purchased a battery pack case and while its heavy it works great and gives my plenty of life again. The camera is very good and I like how I can stream my screen to my TV.

I do not like Bixby, I accidentally hit the button every once in a while and it barks at me that it is Bixby.... THe camera is alright but not as tight as I expected. The controls get in the way when I am fumbling to get a quick pic. Screen does not respond sometimes when I touch buttons near the edge but still on the front.The battery does last all day but I am afraid to charge it at the end when it is not discharged completely for fear of charging memory wear on the battery.

I upgraded from the Motorola Droid Z Force to the Samsung Galaxy S9+. I couldn't be happier. The screen resolution is superb! And the battery lasts all day! At the end of the day, I usually have about 38% battery left with on a relatively heavy day of use!

We purchased this phone for my son to replace his shattered s8 plus. The features on this phone are the best selling points. My son is rough on his cell phones because of his job. This phone is holding up and going beyond our expectations. He loves his new phone.

The S9+ is great. Love the display, wasn't sure about the curved edge but hasn't been a problem. Call quality is awesome. Its fast and doesn't get bogged down. The battery could be a little bigger but last long enough. Overall love it.
