These phones are great. Similar enough to the old Galaxy that they are easy to use. Battery life is great. Only concern is that when we bought them, the salesman said we would get an email offer for a free case, screensaver or charger, but has not arrived yet.

MY OLD SAMSUNG NOTE 5 PHONE WAS DROPPED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. GOT THE SAMSUNG S9+ VERY HAPPY WITH IT AND ALL IT CAN DO. THE ONLY BAD PART IS THE NOTE 9 CAN OUT ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I HAD TO REPLACE MY OLD PHONE AND WOULD HAVE LIKED TO GET THE NEW NOTE

Love this phone. Good battery life and great price. If u need a great phone without being the latest, this one is awesome. Save money and still have greatness. This one is for 13 yr old, have mine almost 2 years and still strong.

I really love this phone; however it is really sensitive so be careful doing to much on it cause you maybe thinking you're doing what you thought when you end up doing something else. Love the size of this phone and color and picture quality is great.

We have 2 S*+ phones which we really like. THe S9+ has a better placed fingerprint reader and more ways to unlock. Better cameras never hurt, either. Only thing I don't like is that they are fairly easy to smash - so pick a good strong case to hold it in.

This is my favorite phone since the note 7, It is so easy to use and best of all I can hear my calls on it. It pairs easily with vehicles and blue tooth speakers for listening to music. So far I have been able to do everything I wanted to do on this phone

I have had this phone since Sumner of 2016. I love it! It still works exceptionally well. Perfect slender pocket size. Sound is clear. I love the camera. Pictures are so detailed and vivid. Overall, this phone is amazing.

The camera is excellent. I used it on fireworks and it took the picture like i was still watching them from my phone. I also love the live focus, it makes pictures look like a professional took them. I recommended this phone to my dad and he likes it also.

A great phone. Upgraded from a S7. Had NO problems for 30 months. Upgraded to a Note 20 Ultra in Nov 2020. Just wanted the latest features, Best Buys had the best deal so far with $450 off and NO trade in.

Loving my new S9+!! Camera is fantastic, battery life is great and the new fingerprint sensor is much more convenient.

I went from a Moto Z3 Force to my 9 Plus...so it was a big step to switch to Samsung! I am glad I did! This phone has everything I need and then so.e. Great camera, well thought out button layout, and good speakers! I'm happy to be an S9 Plus owner!!

I’m coming from an iPhone and so far I’ve loved this phone. I don’t do a bunch of customization but this phone is snappy quick and does everything I need it to do. The only thing I wish is that I would’ve waited for the note 9 that was just announced.

I bought 2 S9 plus in sunrise gold color. Front camera works great i like the selfie focus feature. Back camera is so amazing and love slow motion gesture. It shows the videos in 4k resolution. Overall the shape of the phone is great edge plus screen.

S9 is really nice, the camera, watching Netflix, games and so on, the only annoying thing is my phone will buzz or notification go off when I have no notification even after I cleared them out.

I replaced an aging LG phone that was not working well. This new phone is fun and easy to use, clear graphics and pictures, and sound on phone calls is great (something that was a problem with my old phone). I am very happy with my purchase.

Our 3rd S9+ in the home, excellent phone excellent camera! (also a note 9). Camera so good on a recent Vaca left my high end dslr home and just used phone. Great service at local Best Buy, better deal than Verizon store and easy to set up

I have not gotten around to trying all of the new features but it is an upgrade from my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. I love the selfie emoji creator. Can't wait to try some of the security features and Bixby. I will say, I miss the physical home button. Navigating the phones with swipes is a bit nerve racking. i would love to know why the button was eliminated. The speakers are much better, but the ringtone and Navigation sound bites are awful. I lost some of my favorites..

I really like my Samsung Galaxy 9+. It is very user friendly. The only minus might be it's a little heavy.

Really like the phone - still getting used to some of the features, but it seems easy to use and intuitive on some features. The "Sunrise Gold" seems a bit pink, but it's really gold - depends on what's reflecting off of it!

It's been an adjustment going from an iPhone to an Android but so happy I made the switch. Better camera, more affordable and my miscellaneous purchases have went down since I'm not going through itunes and their app store for everything.
