This is the best phone I've ever had. The screen is beautiful. The camera takes great pictures. The OS runs very smoothly. The update schedule is a bit behind some other phones, but otherwise I can't find any faults with this phone.

Phone is pretty good. Has a decent camera and pretty good speaker. Has a lot of built in memory space. Not a big fan of the keyboard though as the swipe is often inaccurate and typing out the letters yourself isn't much better and it doesn't auto correct nearly as much as my last phone, which is normally a good thing, but not when it doesn't correct a simple mistake such as correcting "it" out of "ut". Overall pretty good phone though

This phone is leaps and bounds over my daughter's old phone. She is ecstatic with it. The camera and sound quality are great. Amazing speed - I can't believe how fast it downloads updates. Definitely worth the increased phone bill.

I got this phone under a "Buy One Get One Free" offer. I didn't know much about the phone before, but WOW, this phone has some amazing features! I'm still learning about them, but I find it very intuitive and fairly easy to learn.

This is probably the 4th or 5th Samsung Android I have owned. Each one of course gets better. I wish the finger print feature was a bit easier to use. The camera's are very nice! It will probably take me a while to perfect their use.

Thoroughly pleased with this phone and all features of it. Granted I came from a S5 to this but still, great phone. Excellent camera. I purchased the tempered glass and case online as it was cheaper and just applied myself

I love the larger screen and the fact that many of the features are already familiar to me. The one downside that I have seen in the 10 days that I've had it is the texting. It adds spaces in words that make the whole text gobbledygook. Thank goodness a co-worker told me about swipe to text, or I would have returned this phone. It's taking a while to get used to this feature, but it is better than the texting alternative.

Like the speed, storage, capability, and love camera. do not like the rounded edges or side bar.

Love the new phone. The camera is awesome and I'm enjoying some of the new apps. I've only owned Samsung for so love cause the products have always been very dependable. Then you throw Best Buys great staff on top it..well win win

Not crazy about "bixby" but its because I don't know how to use it. I don't have the patience to learn either. Maybe I'll give it time and try but videos and photos are great and battery lasts the day. Good choice in Samsung

Really like the bigger screen and that the sides are curved..very sharp and clear picture

Up graded from the note 5 to the galaxy s9+ and so far this is a great phone, living up in a national park is stressful and a phone that could last all day and this is really nice since I work around water and snow year around.

Samsung sings with the S9+. Battery lasts and lasts, providing hours of smartphone functionality, zooming between emails, cloud files, games and social media with Bluetooth, GPS, wifi seemless in movement. Best galaxy yet. Adore!

So far, so good. This is the third Galaxy phone I've owned, so I knew what to expect, but there are lot of improvements here from previous models - and I got a great deal on it by waiting until the S10 was announced.

I have always had a Samsung cause I love the easy features and also very pleased with how they hold up. Would never get any other phone.The Galexy S9 is so nice, colors are very bright and the best camera out there for photos.

Convinced my wife to switch to this phone with me after a decade of being an IPhone family. Even with the learning curve due to so many amazing features, she absolutely loves this phone! This one will last many years to come!

Love this phone. The s9 plus has all the bells and whistles. Very sleek design. The only downside is the typing or texting. Very difficult and causes lots of misspelled words. Otherwise best phone on the market today.

Good phone, great features. Some bugs but you will get that with any phone these days.

Great quality from Samsung as usual. The quality is outstanding. Great features. Don't really have a need for the bixby button, it seems to be in my way, but I'm sure others like it. All in all, I'm happy with this phone.
