I love this phone. The things you can do with android are unmatched by Apple. I dislike Apple products. I am forced to use them for work but for personal use I have an android. This is my third Samsung phone. The setup was fairly simple. The features are great. The camera is awesome.

Went with the s9 to replace my S6 whose battery was giving out. Like the feel of the new phone and battery life has been great these first 2 weeks. Haven't really had the opportunity to check out the improved cameras yet, but like the feel and operation of this phone.

I would rather have root canal than get a new phone but some things in life are inevitable. The phone is okay - just another overpriced phone with too many features but a necessary evil. Best Buy does it make it easy to make a decision. MUCH BETTER than going directly to the carrier.

Phone has a great camera and awesome memory. Only negative is its size. Smaller than my Galaxy S7

So glad I switched from apple. The camera is awesome, the screen is bright and very clear. The sound, wow. I literally forgot I was holding a phone and not a surround sound speaker. The android system is a little confusing at first, but man you can do so much with this thing. I love it

The S9 has lots of cool features, such as the telemarketer blocker, long battery life and fast speed.

Love the weight, color and feel of my new S9. The screen size is great for watching videos and streamed movies. The camera takes perfect pictures in vivid color. Bluetooth provides music to your earbuds, speakers, car sound system, etc. Perfect cell to enjoy retired life.

The camera is much better than my old s7, wonderful resolution. Battery life has improved also.

Love this camera from my s5. The pictures come out really nice. Great Camara even for a beginner like me from coming from a s5. Has A lot of great features. Love how u have the edge. Just swipe and it pops up . You can set any app that u frequently use. So recommend this phone.

Came from an Galaxy S7 and this is so much more responsive. The S7 wasn't bad until the latest software update which made it unbelievably horrible. The S9 runs the same software version except it actually works. The Bixby button is annoying, but at least you can disable it.

My wife has always had an iphone. This was her first android. The only reason she agreed to this was b/c it was the same size as her regular iphone and I bought her a 400gb memory card. She was always out of memory with her 256gb iphone. So Far she is loving the transition.

I like this phone because it is small enough to fit into a small purse, but still powerful enough to do what I need it to do. With phones getting bigger it is hard to find a compact phone. This one is perfect.

My husband upgrade from a galaxy s7 edge to this. Overall very happy! We moved from AT&T from Verizon, and after having issues porting over the #'s we got it setup and is loving the phone. Camera works great! Overall very happy with new phone and provider.

I was bored with IPhone and wanted a change plus I like rhe galaxy watch so much better than the apple watch so this was the perfect purchase. If i had known then what I know now I would have gotten the Note but I Love my S10

I had to trade up from my S5 Active because of the age of my phone. I decided to try the S9 because of the reviews that I have been reading. So far i have been very pleased with my S9. The battery life is what i expected and the overall fuction is also excellent.

It's very similar to the Galaxy 8. I don't like that I can't change the background on my message pages or change the message bubbles. I still don't care for Bixby, but it was easy to disable. I prefer Samsung products, so this will do just fine for me.

got this phone because my old one was dying and they had a great deal going on. i just need the basics and this phone has way more features/apps then i need. made many trips back to the store to learn how to use it. It does have great sound and picture quality.

Love the small Bezels, makes the phone look bigger than it actually is only have one small little complaint the gold is more of a rose gold I would recommend the Lilac Purple. Other than that it's a very powerful phone and I'm happy with the performance

i was waiting for the S10 to come out but when i heard the release date i went and bought this one, i went from a S7 Edge to the S9 and what a difference in the quality and the best features the cameras it has especially the slow motion feature EXCELLENT

Thin, but easy to hold with an Otter Box case. Great sharp photos and easier to focus.
