Have not had alot of time to explore the phone. Very user friendly.

Have had my phone almost 2 years now. Still going strong. It's held up to my toddler and my clumsiness. It's exactly what you'd expect in the galaxy lineup. We always buy galaxy phones.

Fast. Great screen. Love the curved edges. Light weight.

Way better than most current phones and has a great camera.

This is by far in my opinion the best phone on the market for the price. Bought a iphone 8+ and was not happy at all with it, returned it for the Galaxy S9, and so happy I did !!!! The phone is amazing.........

Mostly great; I get frustrated that once you leave the call screen its supper hard to get back to it while you are on a call; think mute/unmute while you answer a txt... and still getting used to the quick edge menu that shortcuts you to a handful of apps- I hit it all the time and it disrupts what you are doing. too expensive but they all are.

Needed to upgrade from my S4, so chose this S9 on a black Friday sale. So far, I am very happy with the speed and functionality of this phone. I like to use shopping/rebate apps, and I am able to access these SO much better and faster while I am shopping. Wasn't happy to pay such a high price, but the Black Friday discount helped!

What can I say but after an s5, 6, 7 now 9, I really like this phone! I have had no problems and wondering if I'll need an s 10? I drive an Audi s8 so wondering if that's why I skipped that model, lol?

I don't like all the different screeens you have to go through to get to the screen I want. My S4 was much simpler and easier. Maybe after I get use to using it I will like it better...The camera is awesome...

I had never brought anything but an Apple phone prior to this purchase of the Samsung Galaxy 9 plus. After seeing all the features and using this phone I am more than happy that I made the switch.

Great fast phone. But, it is eating all of my data.

i find having the curved edge a useless feature, it's hard to hit the icons on the side where the edge bends.it also makes the screen stick out so you have to be extra careful when you lay it face down also, i'm not sure if it's my screen protector but hitting icon is more difficult than before. texting has been a problem.

My son needed a new phone and he loves this. We ordered it because they didn't have the blue one in the store. He didn't want the S10, so this worked out perfectly with a great price!

Overall I am very pleased with the phone. My only problem is the camera. You can't take natural light photos in AUTO without them being way to bright and grainy. I don't care to mess with the settings in the PRO mode every time I need to take a picture when it is sunny out. I hope the Galaxy 10 fixes this issue.

I upgraded from a J series. The transfer of data was quick and easy. The basic operation is very similar to my old phone so my learning curve was minimal. So far, I am pleased.

It had been 5 years since I upgraded phones so I was due for a new one. I chose the S9 for price knowing I still would have better features. I like having the storage space as well.

Purchased for my husband for Christmas. He’s been eyeing this for awhile. Can’t beat Best Buy for Black Friday sales and offers on phones. Great price and ordered from the comfort of home.
