I purchased the S9 and I love it. I upgraded from the S7 edge so pretty much same phone but upgrades. It is smaller than the S7 so I should have gotten the S9 plus but I can deal with it!!

Wifi calling has made my life better. I have horrible service where we live but great internet service so having wifi calling feature on this phone has saved my marriage.

Getting familiar with this phone has been challenging. My 5s was much more user friendly. I didn't need this phone as my other was just fine. If I can't figure out all the changes I may go back to my old phone. Best Buy service was great!

Bought this phone for my wife, it's a huge Upgrade from her Galaxy S6. Samsung listens to it's customers and the market and they deliver beautiful devices every time. She loves it!

Truthfully the only reason I bought this phone is because it is purple. I love the color. It works just as well as my last phone. I'm still getting used to the newer features.

My 4-year old LG G3 phone served me well, but the Galaxy S9 has exceeded my expectations with the speed, display quality, and feature set. I am very pleased with this phone.

Great Phone but issue with them NEW. Voice mail and e-mail did not work properly. Had both phones replaced and 2nd set of phones had same issues but Samsung rectified issues.

Upgraded to the new S9 now that I am back in the US. The transfer was easy and the technology I have on this far exceeds the wife's Iphone 8 Plus we bought at the same time,

I bnb live this phone. I am a samsung user but my old one couldn't handle my use. It took a bit getting used to taking a screen shot. I love the face recognition!

I love all the features and the size of this phone. I thought the camera would take better pictures in dark conditions, but that doesn't seem to be the case with my phone. I've tried various modes and still not real satisfied with the results. All else has met my expectations.

I like this Samsung Galaxy, it is the newest. The only two features that are not as nice as the previous models is the voice to text and the alerts / notifications. They are too different and annoying. The voice to text / dictation in general is not as good as older models.

Upgraded from an S4 to this S9. Some of the features are the same as my old phone, others I am still learning. Once I get used to using it I think I will be very happy.

Phone is great, lives up to the promise but the screen protector I got makes it super difficult to use the screen. Have to press hard and intentional to type, causes many typos. Marble pop socket is super cute and functional but one of the little clips has already broken.

I had the s6 active, and definitely needed a new phone, after 4 years. This one is very similar, but better. Definitely need a protective case though

I've always had an IPhone so this is a huge learning curve for me. There are a lot of features I do like about it though. I can customize it to my preferences.

Love this phone but most anything I had from my S5 is an upgrade! Love the quality of the pictures! Only thing I do not care for is the rounded screen edges.

Hard to believe that such a small device can hold so many possibilities. Amazing! Reminds me that the technology of the Dick Tracy comics of my youth is here today.

I started with the Samsung 3 ...then 5,7 and now my most favorite the S9. It is so smooth and the graphics are so bright and clear. I hate to put it down.
