The samsung s9 has a huge storage, but does tend to lose battery fast.

I traded a perfectly working phone. They said its screen is broken. I called Customer care, they tried to convince me that I cannot win over Samsung. On calling multiple times, they raised ticket # 1008032 and said that they will send me photos of my broken phone. But they never did it. I was unhappy and wrote a review in Samsung site. I forgot all this and moved on. Recently I visited Samsung site and they deleted that review. Worst company. I would never recommend samsung products at least to my friends and family.

I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S9 back in March from Samsung.com. My first issue was when they charged me for my exchanged S7 device that they claimed had physical damage but from the pictures they provided showed nothing more than normal wear. Calling and calling did no good to get anything done and just run around in circles. They couldn't even provide the IMEI of the returned device to prove it was even the one that I sent to them. I went to sell my Samsung Galaxy S9 because I was so mad from this experience. I sold the phones that should have been unlocked since I paid full price for the phones. But the phones were locked to T-Mobile and T-Mobile couldn't unlock them. I called Samsung and they couldn't unlock the phones either sending me in circles. I asked the reps why they would send me a phone I paid full price for locked and why they wouldn't unlock the phone. Samsung has the worst customer service and I highly recommend getting a Google Pixel or another Android device.

I love the features of the device. Only thing is I am having an issue with locking my screen rotation. Can anyone help?

Just getting to know the phone.... works good but about of changes from the galaxy s6.

I've had this phone for nearly 2 years now, perform regular maintenance making sure it's clean and no junk files and despite that this phone is absolutely horrendous and has been since I first got it. Screen burn, the keyboard constantly lags, charging port no longer fast charges, constant errors when trying to send texts and pictures and ever since they did the new update whenever I put in my passcode the screen goes dark and have to reset the phone to get it to work again. Avoid this phone, it's TRASH.

Does not work on 4g or 5g! I used this phone for almost three years. It's not working now.

With use of a case, the phone cannot sustain a fall of 42 inches. The glass will crack. If you don't want to pay for half the phone to fix small cracks, you can try repairing it yourself and break all internal components, when you fail, Samsung will refuse to repair it, even though you are offering them money. So, if you have a 100% chance of not dropping the phone...

My Metro PCS sim did not work on this device. I can't call anyone. And I can;t even get an uber.
