Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new Galaxy S9 because my Galaxy S5 wouldn't connect with my 2019 Toyota Rav4. Big mistake. I should have kept the S5 and not worry about the added phone features It is a downgrade from the S5 as it is smaller, and complicated to use with many added useless add on's like Bixby. The camera is clumsey to use and very sensitive. The sales force at Best Buy should be more knowledgebale of their products. I had to take my new S9 to Verizon to get answers.
