I was excited to get this phone, I had ordered a case that ended up lost in the mail. So when the phone arrived I had to go a few days before the case would arrive. Laid the phone on a table and it vibrated right off. About a 3 ft drop. Called best buy and they said I couldn't return the phone if damaged even though I had only had it for 3 days. I called Samsung to Express how disappointing it was that I had safely sat the phone on a flat dining table and the combination of vibration and the slickness of the all glass phone resulted in a shattered screen. They couldn't care less that their design resulted in a repair that I would have to pay $300 for. Even though they advertise that this model is stronger. It absolutely is not. A 3 ft drop off of a dining table ruined my screen, and neither best buy or Samsung was willing to do anything to help. I would have been happy if they would have just reduced the cost to repair since I should be able to lay my phone down without worrying about it getting broken, especially after paying so much for the phone just days prior. They don't care. I've loved Samsung and if this hadn't happened I would still, but they have terrible customer service. I am so disappointed.

Upgraded from Galaxy S6 to S9. Lots of improvements.

Got this for my girl. She wanted a new phone and somehow her current one stopped working. A little pricey if you ask me but very nice.

This Is a great phone. Battery life could improve.

Would always choose Samsung over iPhone. Miss some features from my droid.doesn't keep a charge as long as droid moto but basically same.

I love Samsung, but drop calls constantly. It is the area not the phone. Had to get new charging cords as this is the new C type charger.
