Lot of Phone and Expensive

Got and downloaded S9 and S9+ manual from SAMSUNG after a great deal of searching and calling. Finally connected with SAMSUNG tech in CENTRAL AMERICA who sent me the link. Not a happy camper here. Link should have been provided with the phone quick guide but was not.
