Very happy with my purchase - love that it takes great pictures!

Internet is loaded with stories about screen cracking mysteriously without dropping the phone. Samsung and Best Buy would not take any responsibility for this. Had to pay $300 dollars to have front and rear glass replaced.

Had a Note 5 before getting this phone. The screen is too small

I do not like the phone at all but have to keep it now.

I've been rocking the Galaxy S5 for 4 years, so this was a big upgrade for me. Best Buy was 4 days late getting it to me, but now that it's here I'm loving it. I may update this when I have more time with it, but performance is snappy, camera is great, good speakers for a phone, and battery life is much improved. I'm going to try VR for the first time after work today. Hope it lives up to my expectations.

I have had plenty of phones over the years... LG, Motorola, HTC, iPhone, etc. I mean it when I say that the S9 is a great phone with no compromises. It does things out of the box that other phones need additional apps to do. Less apps means better battery life. The battery is great as are the cameras and the screen on this phone. Anything I do on the S9 is faster and easier than on my old LG G6. I have wanted a Samsung for a while now and Best Buy had the best deal on Verizon. Get the Samsung S9 from Best Buy, you will not be disappointed.

In order to use the auto text your data must be on at all times . The auto text feature has difficulty recognizing my voice.

I like the older S models better. I do not like the screen and the battery sucks

this cellphone by Samsung ,the s9, isn't for me. I like my Sony.

Prob with card, cannot get into google. Just not happy right now

This is my 3rd in the Galaxy line. Great product, slim & sturdy. Feels great in your hand, hate to cover it with a case but have to do it even if not clumsy! Happy to have the lilac looks like they won't make this color again. Great features & camera. Has everything no need to upgrade to the 10 at least for now! Will only stay with Samsung for my smartphone! Recommend

I have had this phone for several years now and it still works fairly well. It has survived numerous drops, one of which cracked the front facing camera. The battery life is very good, I charge it nightly. After using a plug in headset the call sound quality diminished greatly to the point that if there was any background noise I would need to use the speaker. I am currently using a bluetooth headset due to the poor sound quality of the calls. Other than that issue, I have had this phone for a little over 4 years and in that time it has been pretty reliable.

Best Galaxy I have owned yet. Love it. Nice crystal display, durable and perfect size.

First let me say that the camera on this phone is great and I enjoyed making the emojis. However, I take very few pictures. I do use the phone for surfing. The bixby button is annoying and I have disabled it several times, only for it to start working again whenever the phone updates The housing of the phone is too slick and hard to hold on to. Then there is the biggest pain with this phone and that is the edge. If your hand holding the phone is even slightly touching the edge, you cannot scroll the page. You then are zooming instead of scrolling and it is a pain. You have to flat palm it and I had to put a pop socket on the back of the case, to hold this very slick phone and keep from dropping it, so I can scroll. Of course having the pop socket means that I cannot use the wireless charging feature. Why can't they just give us the option to turn of the edge touch? Lastly is the latest software update. When I buy a phone it is as much because I like the appearance as it is the function. I like the appearance of the icons when I first purchased this phone but this new update changed all of the icons on the phone to something cheap looking and cartoon-like. I hate these new icons and the appearance of this phone now and with the other features that I have described, I am seriously considering going back to my J7 Prime phone. Much fewer headaches.

I was disappointed with switching from LG to Samsung for my cellphone manufacture, not to say LG was problem free. Love the camera, two forward facing would be better, VR is fun, screen is gorgeous but a little narrow. The bad is can't make it shut up when I need it to be quite in a meeting. Google assistant seems not to hear me compared to my old LG.

Finally had to upgrade. I did my research and the Galaxy S9 fit my needs.I got a great deal, along with the OTTER DEFENDER CASE & the protective glass. Best Buy in Brooklyn helped us out and we are pleased with our purchase so far! I will keep everyone posted........

The cell works awesome. Pictures are amazing. I love it.
