The BB crew in Surprise AZ did a great job of handling the paperwork plus transferring all the contents from the S4 to the S9 phone. We are very happy with the features, camera and color of this new phone. Now it matches my wife's S9.

I felt hooked because everything connected with my apple comp. etc. and it was easy to use. Well, this phone is a BREEZE and it links to all of my devices. Go SAMSUNG! Love it's sleek design. Great smartphone

The support Best Buy provided to transfer everything from my previous smartphone to the new one was very smooth and complete. It was the best experience I've had moving from old phone to new one. The Best Buy staff were very helpful.
