What I like about Android phones over iPhones is that it doesn't slow down to the point that I have to get the new version. My son has this Galaxy S9 and I have the Galaxy S8+, and I still enjoy my phone as much now as I did when I originally got it.

The customer service from Best Buy was quick, easy and no games, unlike other stores where I had tried to make a similar purchase. I was able to take care of everything online. I was able to manage delivery of my phone even though I work full time. I had a very positive experience.
