I switched from the iPhone 7 plus to the galaxy s9 and I love it so much! It has everything the iPhone x has to offer and more with a better price tag.

I just upgraded my phone and I am pleased with the S9 and its functionality. I used a different android phone manufacturer in the past so I am getting used to some of the different features but I am pleased. The staff member at Best Buy was very helpful. I have no issues to report.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S5 and LOVE this phone. My favorite feature so far is the fingerprint screen unlock. SUPER convenient over typing in your pin. Only suggestion i have is that the phone out of the box is super slippery so easy to drop. I got a Spigen case for it so not a big deal.

Purched for son’s graduation and he couldn’t be happier with the phone. A huge upgrade from his last phone. He’s constantly on it...watching videos, texting, etc. He’s had no complaints, and we went with Samsung as we’ve had them in the past and haven’t had any problems with the brand.

Solid phone for android. Decent features and speed. Does everything I asked it to.

Worth the money for an upgrade. Sales reps were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain functions. The phone was available in the color I wanted. I was informed of all offers before I purchased so I was comfortable spending my money. I even earned my Best Buy rewards!

I up graded from the S6, the battery would only last til about noon. The battery in this phone last me all day.

Upgraded from Samsung S7. The new features were a little hard to get used to at first, but most now seem very useful. Colors are brighter and crisper. Functions are more user-friendly so that I can turn off features that I deem unnecessary. So far, I'm a happy camper!

I purchased the S9 in the "Sunset Gold" color. I was concerned that my husband wouldn't like the color. He was okay with it. It's a nice gold. I also purchased a case for it and you can't really see it phone color anymore. He is very happy with the upgrade! Great phone.

Enjoys the phone so far. Great Camera. Also likes the fact that 'Ok google' works even when phone is locked.

I replaced my Samsung S6 Edge with this phone and I am pleased thus far and have even gotten used to not have the physical "home key" but what I do not like is have the touch pad in the back. So many times I will unlock my phone without picking it up. Now it is a big inconvenience. Also, the "smart unlock" does not always work properly. I have had my phone about 10 days and have probably added my home as a trusted location about 6 times.

it's been great it's only been a week, I'm still learning about the phone but enjoying it so far... Happy with the reminder, Bixby is a little more to learn but well worth it so far, And I'm enjoying Apps edge especially

Love this phone! Upgrade from IPhone 6. After reaseaching found out that the camera on this phone is great.

I really don't see a difference in quality between the S8 and S9 except for some features. I have Verizon this time instead of Sprint. Love the call quality and haven't used the camera much.The selfie emoji is cool.

I purchased the Galaxy S9 because I needed either an Android or Apple to Drive my Smart Speakers, Smart switches, and security video camera. I don't play games and have little need for a $1,000+ Apple smart phone and Best Buy along with Verizon put the S9 on-sale for a little more than a "budget" phone, so I bought it. Below I will check "YES" to recommending to a friend, but I will qualify the recommendation with "ONLY IF IT IS ON SALE".
