Great price. Better features than an iphone. Always like being able to add storage for photos.

This is by far the Best Samsung phone i have ever owned. There is no lag. Also the phone does not get HOT. Ever. This is a great product and I think everyone should buy one.

Great upgrade from the S6. Didn't like having to buy all new charger cords due to the change from B to C, but the old chargers were pretty shot anyway. The fingerprint scan on the back is working well. Nice change from having to push the button in the front always.

This is the best smart phone I have ever owned. The amount of features available plus how many different ways the are to customize the phone to suit my personal taste is unbelievable. I highly recommended the galaxy S9 to anybody looking to get a new smart phone.

Irritating and over-priced. Maybe it's just Android features or lack of. One needs to install so many 3rd party apps that end up draining the battery. There is no app that will keep the display dimmed while on a phone call. So eager to save power (during an active call) the screen saver kicks in almost immediately and you have to unlock the phone to see the display again. Although incoming texts and message alerts are set via settings to pop up on a locked screen so you can read them without unlocking the phone, they DO NOT. And again you have to unlock to view anything. Samsung's Bixby is useless and has a dedicated button that can't be reprogrammed. Camera flash on auto does not work properly and dim light shots are really poor. Otherwise the phone is fast and useful for what it was intended. I will not buy another Samsung phone in the future as there are so many other much less expensive phones.

This is actually my wife's phone, and she loves it. It replaced her old Samsung S5 (I think). At any rate, we are Androids users (Samsung specifically) and we have every intention of continuing down the line, through the years.

Bought to replace my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge, which by the way I purchased in 2014. Of course over the years, the set-up and app function have changed, so my only frustration, which I am sure is not usual, is getting adjusted to a new and upgraded device.

My last two phones have been Samsung Galaxys. They are reliable and easy to use. This phone does require a different charging cord but there is no wrong way to insert the charging cord. It says you can add a micro sd card but I haven't explored that option yet

I thought the battery would be better than the S8 but it's about the same. The cameras better though.

Works well and has a great feel and sounds nothing else

s9 is a good smartphone, but I think for the price the S8+ a better or equal performing phone

I upgraded from the S6 edge. The transfer of content to the S9 was simple and the camera is awesome!

This phone has all the current options and is very easy to use. I like it ! The cost could be less.

I really like most options and functionality of the Samsung s8. Its fast, user friendly, etc. I'm not a fan of the pre-loaded Bixby or the curved edges. At times when trying to swipe the screen, it opens the Bixby app, which is annoying. Also, the battery life was great for the first few months. It would easily last the entire day. However, now at six months after the purchase i have to charge at least once during the day.

Disappointed in this phone. Numerous "updated" features make it more cumbersome than the S-7. You have to press 3 things instead of one to do things. The screen is a teeny bit bigger, but instead of having buttons at the bottom, you have to swipe arrows on the bottom of the screen. You have to do three steps instead of one to "go back." Annoying and time consuming. That's just one example. Also, the camera on the new phone doesn't have the beauty face feature. That should be required! Several other things about this phone make me wish I hadn't upgraded.

Looking for a good cell phone at a reasonable price. I found this galaxy s9 for a really good price. I order the phone with no problems. It was supposed to be a week for delivery. It arrived in 2 days. Very pleased with the whole process.

It was beyond time to upgrade the phone. After some research, decided on the Samsung Galaxy S9. Things are in different places compared to my last phone, but so far, very pleased. Only drawback is the phone is very slippery until you get some kind of case for it.

Good phone. A couple of minor issues but they may be Sprint issues.

I like the size better than the plus. Fits better in my hand and pocket. Great deal as well.

Great Features. No mechanical issues with phone so far. Takes a little getting used to texting coming from apple. Not sure if it has to do with screen saver. Made adjustment to texting sensitivity on phone and problem was corrected for the most part
