Purchased this phone for my friend. He switched from iPhone 5S. So it was a big jump for him. It was so easy to set up the phone. I like the way we transferred all the data from the iPhone. I would recommend this phone to my friends.

I have not had my new s9 very long, but the transition from my s6 to my s9 was flawless. It is a fantastic phone. I still have to try some of the new features, but overall great!

Screen quality great, sounds excellent with or without headphones.

We upgraded all our phones & got a great deal! We went to a Verizon corporate store first & Best Buy beat Verizon by $10 per phone per month!!! This is the 1st we bought phones through Best Buy. We'll be back next upgrade!

I purchased this S9 Galaxy phone for my son and he absolutely loves his phone he's had no issues at all with this phone and will buy the new Galaxy phone when it comes out.

HAVE HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH APPS AND FRIEND TRYING TO HELP. TOTAL REBOOT FROM CO WORKER MESSED EVERYTHING UP AND HAVEN'T THE EXPERANCE WITH THIS HIGH TECH DEVICE TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK AGAIN STILL TRYING. PROBABLY MY FAULT.

This is a very good phone I have had samsung phones for 10 plus years and like them they much. The one thing I am having a little trouble is the samsung texting I do not like it when it can't get the words right when using voice to text.

Phone too expensive, some glitches. Will buy less expensive next time

I had my phone screen crack on my S7, and tried to fix it but the phone was damaged for good. Decided to go with the S9. I like it so far, one thing i was wary about was the disappearance of the home screen button, but, after two weeks of use, I am used to it now. The fingerprint recognition is now located on the back which took a minute to get used to.

I have been very happy with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Unfortunately, I do not use as many features as I should. Only recently, having issues with some features with incoming calls.

The phone has good features and it seems to be working well so far.

Very good phone but I just can't get over how much bloatware there is

We had not changed phones for 5 years, so this purchase was a big change and we like the change, still learning all it can do. Did wait for them to go on sale and used all of my reward points, due to cost of item.
