Upgraded my husband from a flip phone. He is technology illiterate but he has figured it out...with a little wifely help. He really likes it.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it. She transitioned from an iPhone. This is truly a step above. She loves the size, look and functionality.

I went back to Samsung ---Android and it took a little getting used to after Apple, but I do enjoy my Samsung phone and all its features.

I've had several Galaxy phones. The last phone I got, I decided I'd try out the iPhone plus there was a good promotion at the time. After 2 years, I was excited to get back to the Galaxy. I hated the iPhone. But now that I'm back to the Galaxy, I think I miss the old galaxy software and the old design without the curved edge screen. I remember liking how much I could customize my old galaxies but... now it seems so tiring to have to go through and get rid of so many notification settings. I guess I'm just being picky. This phone doesn't wow me. But the iPhone didn't either so... for what it's worth...

The S9, especially on Verizon's network, is a great, responsive phone. The team at our BestBuy was great in getting us setup and explaining all of our options.

Great phone but with a steep learning curve for its many uses. I am upgrading from a Galaxy S4 and there a number of things you will need to learn about.

What can I say other than I love my Samsung S-9 phone. Has worked like advertized and done everything I have asked it to do. What more could a person want?

I upgraded from the galaxy S5. Great phone. Easy to use. I have never purchased phone from best buy but now I will never purchase phone through Verizon again.

We got the Buy One Get One Free offer. My husband and I now have the same make, model, and version phone. We are each other’s “helpline”. It’s been easier to figure out the features as one of us has probably tried out the feature. Love the clear pictures on the phone too.

Samsung is still putting out great phones. Upgraded to the s9. It's a quality phone!

This was a spur-of-the-moment purchase while in the store for a separate item. But is so convenient and handy we do intend to go back and buy another unit.

Since we purchase two new phones at Best Buy under the new Verizon 24 month program, everything is operating smoothy as we learn the various functions.

Nothing startling stylewise...battery could last longer, but it is not too big or too heavy...multitasks well, has good resolution and audio. This won't make you unhappy, will work well, can take a micro SD, and will be good enough until a breakthrough phone comes along.

Love my new phone for the deal that was happening you couldn't go wrong. Only have had it about two weeks so not quite sure about the curved edges yet.
