Bought this and thus far it has been excellent. My only issue is that the edge to edge technology makes it difficult at times to hold without accidentally touching the screen on the edges. But that is a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic phone. Moved from S6 to S9. Having the memory slot for extra memory is huge, apart from the great features of phone, music etc. Well done Samsung!

We looked around at a few places for that new phone and it turned out that the best place to get it was from Best Buy, not Target or Verizon.

It's a Samsung. They have always bee dependable to me. Have had just about every other manufacturer of android phone and keep coming back to Samsung.

I love android. I needed a new one from the S5 I had and went with the S9. I was concerned about the bevel at first, but absolutely love the phone!

Very Nice phone, wireless charging and MicroSD slot IP68 weather proof. You must get a case cover and glass cover It is very slippery and you will drop it without a case like an otter. Wish the Bixby button was programmable for other apps, Bixby is not that useful.

I purchased this phone for my daughter and wife and they say it is very reliable. They adore the fact that is is sturdy and is simple to use.

The phone is really nice; the look, screen, camera. Only con is it has an additional button on the left side to bring up Bixby (similar to Google assistant). The button is below the volume, it gets pressed constantly by accident. It becomes annoying to try to avoid that button.

Having had multiple android phones I keep coming back to Samsung. They simply keep working, dont crash like other brands and have never let me down.

Got this phone for my wife. She has been using it with no issue for over 2.5 years. Samsung make a solid product.

Not too different from the s8 but had some small scratches in ky old s8 and the cost per month ended up a bit less for the s9 due to some best buy deal!

The service was great. The sales rep was knowledgeable and transferred my old files. Phone works similar to my old phone only much faster.

I had a Samsung S5 and purchased the Samsung S9 from Best Buy. Can't wait to go to class at Best Buy for advanced training. So far so easy to use!

Cant go wrong with Samsung products. My daughter needed an upgrade and Best Buy had a great deal going on. And the best buy spectacular service as always

I needed new phone and this was the best deal out there. I like the color I thought the phone would be a little wider than it was and the edging isn't a problem as long as you make sure you get the right cover
